Janitorial reviews in Tigard, Oregon

United cleaning systems has been great to work with. Their attention to detail and quick response time makes them exceptional. I’ve referred their services to many colleagues.

United Cleaning Systems was contracted for our office spaces, for over a year now and they are amazing! Since day one they have provided excellent customer service, along with detailed, thorough cleaning services. They leave the place scented fresh and looking brand new. If you are wanting to interact with professionals and have spotless offices, United Cleaning Systems are who you need to partner with!

We have used UCS to clean our short-term rental for a year now and the experience has been flawless — they treat our home as if it was their own. The crew has been extremely communicative, flexible, and protective of our space. Before each turnover they remind us of the day's schedule and then follow up with a meticulously-detailed report of our home's condition, photos of anything amiss, and an itemization of everything that was refilled / replaced. Guests rave about how clean our home is and it's all thanks to the UCS team. We needed to stay at our home while visiting Portland and it felt like a luxurious hotel thanks to their team.

I have the utmost praise, trust, and respect for UCS. I recommend them fully to take care of your home in any capacity you need. They are the best.

I cannot recommend United Cleaning Systems enough! We run an Airbnb and trust UCS with our home entirely. They are meticulous and put so much care and attention into their work. Ruby and Miguel, the owners of UCS, and easy to communicate with and always send photos and details when anything is amiss. Guests always remark on how squeaky clean the house is when they arrive!

United Cleaning Systems is hands-down one of the best companies we've ever worked with. We've been operating an Airbnb for over five years and UCS has been our go-to cleaning service for almost 2 years. Prior to hiring them, we did the cleaning ourselves and we didn't think we'd be able to find a service that would live up to our standards and that would understand the importance of staging and making the space welcoming and inviting in addition to making it clean. UCS has exceeded our expectations and has even made great suggestions to enhance our listing, like putting out a welcome basket with snacks and goodies for guests. They are excellent with communication, completely reliable, reasonably priced, and responsive to suggestions and feedback. They always have a positive attitude. It has made our lives so much easier and stress-free to have their help with the cleaning and we have recommended them to many others. Thank you United Cleaning Systems!
