Dmitry did a great job fixing our washer in our rental unit. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and was able to install the new parts the next day. We will absolutely call them again!

My freezer went on the blink when I was out of town, possibly due to the drawer not closing completely. The result was a frosty winter wonderland, and a side issue was the ice maker refusing to work. Dmitry made himself available on the same day that I called to schedule an appointment and was on time to the projected arrival window. He gave the freezer a review and told me I needed to turn it off for 48 hours, not less, and see if after the excessive ice was gone if everything would right itself. He gave it a 50/50 chance of happening and charged me a very reasonable house call fee. He also helped me order a new tray for the ice maker as the old one was cracked. This story has a happy ending! The defrosting complete, I washed and installed the new ice tray and within several hours of coming up to the appropriate temp, the ice maker started

Our bottom freezer was randomly leaking all over our wood floors. Dmitry came out and figured out what was wrong - plugged rain, lots of ice built up at bottom of freezer. It's an old built-in GE Monogram fridge. We also needed a new seal. He came back a few days later, cleaned out the ice, unplugged the drain and changed out the seal. The price was reasonable for the labor and parts. He was cordial, efficient and we are very pleased with the result. Communication was also very good. We found them on Thumbtack. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone having a fridge / freezer issue.

Dmitry responded quickly to our request on his web site via text, diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly and efficiently, replaced the needed part very professionally the next day, and charged us very reasonably. We couldn't be happier with his service.

Dimitri understood the problem with my gas stove immediately and went to work. He even had the problematic part in his truck, so was able to repair it immediately. Dmitry did an awesome job at diagnosing both our washer and dryer, he was thorough, looking and testing all parts. Unfortunately they don't make the part to repair our dryer anymore but he was able to diagnose and give us great advice on what to do and look for in new appliances.

Our 1999 Jenn Air oven no longer worked. We ordered a new Kitchen Aid Downdraft Range in January. After 6 months on backorder we contacted EasyFix Oregon and canceled the new purchase . Dmitry came to our home last week and diagnosed the problem with the control panel. We sent the panel to Circuitboard Medic for repair and had Dmitry reinstall it today. The total cost was $700 versus $4000 for a new range. I would highly recommend their company for appliance repairs !

This was my first time using Dmitry. He was very responsive to my original request for service on our ice maker. We found him to be professional, pleasant and easy to work with.
