Reviews of local pros in Troutdale, Oregon

Pro Shine people have done a good job. Making sure I was happy with their work. I love clean, invisible windows!

They are great! Pete has cleaned our windows for a while and Jake is new and cleaned our windows today! He did great and kindly introduced himself to us. 10/10 service! Also found out they do miss treatments for roofs which is awesome!

Update: Alex helped wash our windows at the office today and did a wonderful job!

Grace and Pete did a fantastic job! We’ve used Pro Shine for almost 7 years in a row, they always do a great job. Thanks Grace and Pete!!

From my initial inquiry through to a seamless payment, the ProShine team was top notch. Our windows and gutters needed a good clean, and they got it! Monica, who handled most of the scheduling and communication, is a fantastic customer service professional. Very kind, helpful, prompt follow up and. personalized care. I love our clean windows :)

Another stellar ProShine window cleaning visit today. Pete and Grace's superb cleaning of my windows, exemplifies ProShine's mission statement in doing a quality job. 12 years of Pro Shine visits to my residence and looking forward to the next 12 years. Thanks Pete !

I have always received excellent service from ProShine. There is always polite and clear communication via phone and online. The technicians know their job well and are friendly, efficient and thorough. On the occasion of an oversight (screens not put back in place) they were willing to come fix it immediately, but since I had done it myself, they gave a credit on my account. I just received a compliment yesterday on how sparkling clean my windows are!

Everyone was so nice to work with! I got the full treatment on the first day with a house wash, gutter cleaning, deck and patio cleaning. The next day was window cleaning day. My house is so clean and the windows just sparkle! I will be using their services again.

Nathaniel and Jake were amazing… such hard conscientious and pleasant workers…checking their work and redoing if it’s not perfect… thank so much for spending 3 days at our place making it shine…!!

Grace and Jovan were wonderful!
They did a beautiful job, cleaned the valleys on my roof and the gutters. And cleaned all the windows. My homes exterior is sparkling clean and I’m ready for spring!!! Bring on the sunshine!
Thank you so much :)

These guys are *totally* professional. I have used them repeatedly for our house, guesthouse, and greenhouse and the results are great every time. Surprisingly affordable, respectful of our space and property, licensed, and bonded—which is what you want when you have strangers washing all the windows in your home. They manage to wash everything—even windows and screens high up that we thought were inaccessible. For a slight extra charge the will even clean the bugs and dust out of your window tracks. Fast, efficient, courteous, a pleasure to work with. You don’t really know what clean windows look like until you’ve had them washed by ProShine SoftWash. The world never looked so good as through truly clean windows.

This team was perhaps one of the most prompt and communicative service companies I have ever worked with. They were exact about scheduling and did a great job for the money. Thanks!

I really appreciate the work that ProShine did for our house. One of the most friendly, helpful, thoughtful and professional local businesses to work with.

Proshine was amazing!! So kind, so helpful, and they just went above and beyond. Will 💯 use them every year for our annual roof/gutter/solar panels/deck/window cleaning!

Proshine did a fantastic job on our home! We have never had such clean windows! I would have them out again and highly recommend their services.

ProShine was a breeze to work with! They were quick to come out and provide me an estimate (thank you Jordan!), and quick to get the work done. Pete did an excellent job. I highly recommend their team!

We were very pleased with the work our ProShine crew, Pete and Mitch, performed on our home. They took great care to ensure our plants and trees were protected from the treatment. The roof was cleared of debris from several years of pine needles and maple seedlings and then they treated the moss growth. The face of the gutters were cleaned and came out looking new again. Our windows and screens were cleaned to a sparkle and the porch, patio and decks were cleaned, as well. We are very happy with the results and we highly recommend ProShine!

I called for an appointment and was able to get scheduled with in a reasonable time frame. They provided before and after pictures which was really nice to have. Great job.

Pete and Carl showed up on time! They were cordial, detail oriented, friendly and not in a hurry. Really happy with all aspects of the job. Highly recommend!

ProShine was wonderful! They did a great job and even did an extra job for me, which i appreciated. They were friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this company.

Gutter cleaning done! Great work! Very thorough, professional! Showed up when they said they would. Work done in the time frame provided. Unlike so many other contractor-related service providers in the area!

Wonderful company! The gentlemen that came up Pete Happy and Mitchell Lamer, we’re both very kind courteous and did a great job about four hours or so it took for them to complete from start to finish.
They cleaned our roof brushed some of the old moss off treated the roof for moss. Washed outer windows, cleaned gutters. Highly recommend!
