ProShine just finished doing an excellent job on our roofs, gutters and windows. Pete and Karl were wonderful to work with. The arrived and finished on time. The work is perfect. I will be recommending them for sure!!!

A friend referred me to Proshine after her very positive experience hiring them.
I hired Proshine for the works. Treatment of moss on roof, gutters, windows inside and out, exterior wash and cleaning of exterior cement walkways. The work was done over three days. Always on time and as scheduled.
All four employees: Jordan, Brandon, Marty and Cristian were knowledgeable and professional. Katie in the office is friendly and professional.

Pete and Karl did an excellent job cleaning our windows (inside and out), and another crew that came out a few days earlier also did a great job cleaning our gutters and treating our roof against moss. As before, always very professional, courteous and efficient.

We met the ProShine team at the Portland Home and Garden Show and although we had been using another soft-wash company, we decided to give them a try. We have been impressed at every step of the way. Jordan came out and looked at our property and explained the services he recommended for us. We worked with Monica to schedule the work and she was courteous and very professional. And, today, Pete came out and cleaned our driveway, walkways, paver patios and deck. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier! His attention to detail is impecable, from blowing surfaces clean before starting, to taking pictures of items he moves, so he can put them back exactly as they were. He made sure we were completely satisfied. He'll be back in three weeks to clean our windows. We highly recommend ProShine. They will help you love where you live!

Maintained consistent communication from the time the services were requested, an estimate for rain gutter cleaning was provided, and through the entire work process. They were prompt! I made the right choice when I called Nelson's Painting & Chimney Cap Cleaning Services for a chimney inspection. They found early indications of damage and fixed them. Our attic now retains heat far better thanks to the insulation improvements their contractor recommended. The dryer vent and air duct were immaculately cleaned. Our gas fireplace was also fixed by them, and it is now operating well. The problem of mice in the basement was resolved via pest control. Their roofers rapidly repaired flashing that was worn out. The crew was punctual, courteous, and competent. Everything was handled properly and with care. We like their customer-focused approach and full-service knowledge.

Nelson's Painting & Chimney Cap Cleaning Services is truly reliable. The chimney inspection done by Henry was clear and very thorough. He explained exactly why a chimney sweep cleaning was needed, and the results were excellent. They also took care of a small but important chimney repair. I added air duct cleaning, and my home feels cleaner and more comfortable. Their fireplace cleaning was impressive and left the area looking renewed. I definitely plan to contact them again in the future.
