Reviews of local pros in Tualatin, Oregon

Lately, I've had a TON of homeowner-oriented ads in my Facebook feed. I randomly selected this one, cuz I wanted my roof and gutters cleaned. I spoke with Nathan directly last week. We discussed my special needs and he gave me a quote within minutes. He showed up on time today and was wonderful…both professionally and personally. Really nice young man doing a great job...at something I am in no way qualified to do. Give him a call!

Found the company thru FB and reached out for a quote. Nathan called pretty quick and asked very specific questions. He also asked if i was familiar with the process. I had told him i kinda was. But he went into the process in detail anyway and i really liked and appreciated that he did. He was also not afraid to say check other places too. Which i did and the other company gave me a lower quote. Not by much. But i stuck with Premier because I appreciated that he called and explained the whole process and what to expect. The customer service is on point. Paying was also a breeze. When he was here cleaning my roof he also updated on what he was doing. What process he was doing now. Again, his communication is on point. Some people just come over and quickly do the job and leave. Nathan doesn't. He takes the time to speak with you, make sure you understand everything, and he's very courteous and even better? He's very professional. My roof looks... And smells clean! Thank you for doing all that stuff in the rain. I know that wasn't fun, but he did it and want even worried about the rain at all. If you need your roof cleaned or gutters or whatever it is, he's your guy! Highly recommended! Thank you Nathan for being professional!

A++ I had Nathan and his team soft wash my roof. My Moss was getting out of control and he came and cleaned it all up leaving my roof looking like brand new. He was on time, efficient, and left no mess. His attitude and drive is amazing. He even had treats for my dog!! Look forward to seeing him again in the summer.

Nathan did a great job cleaning our gutters. He was very responsive, timely, great communication and fair prices. I'd strongly recommend to anyone I know to contact this company before talking to anyone else

Nathan did a very professional job of putting Christmas lights on our house. We were very pleased with the final results. He also washed the outsides of my windows and they look wonderful. Thank you Nathan.

I am now a customer for life. Nathan came out on time, and handled my building with true ease and professionalism. Pretty picky guy myself yet couldn’t have imagined his work any better. Absolutely flawless job for a great price along with communication being on point. Need something done? Premier Softwash are the guys to call.

I couldn't be happier with the roof cleaning job! They were thorough, efficient, and the results speak for themselves. My roof looks brand new! Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch cleaning.

Nathan did a great job cleaning our driveway and patio. Excellent attention to detail and addressed every question we had. He was fast, efficient, and punctual! We were happy every step of the way and will be calling him again!

I seen Premier Softwash add on FB & seen pics of the work they completed on other roofs. I was a bit skeptical at 1st because I've heard many horror stories from other companies doing work on homes.

I sent Nathan a dm on FB & he responded minutes later. Nathan sent me some pics of other roofs to I could give him a description of what my roof looked like.
After informing him on what the moss condition was on my roof, he sent me a quote minutes later. Then I was able to schedule their service & get locked on a specific date & time.

Nathan contacted me prior to my appointment to assure me that they were on their way.....they arrived on time & performed an amazing job. I'm glad that I had Premier Softwash clean my gutters & take the moss off my roof. In addition they said that if any moss clogged my gutters, they would clear the gutters for for free.

This business took great care of our property. He was very responsive, communicated and did exactly what he said he would do. Great value and excellent service. Will definitely hire again for our gutters. We have solar panels and always get worried that people will take good care when up on our roof. No need to worry he took great care! I was so impressed with the service. Thank you for the excellent service and looking forward to years of working with this company.

I recently hired Nathan of Premier Softwash to clean the roof of my home, which had accumulated a significant amount of moss over the years. I was impressed with his professionalism, he arrived promptly and was courteous and friendly throughout the whole process.

His softwash cleaning method was highly effective, and my roof looked brand new once he was finished. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail he displayed - he was careful to avoid any damage to my roof while still thoroughly removing all of the moss.

In addition to the roof cleaning, Premier Softwash also cleaned out my gutters, some of which had become clogged with debris. Again, Nathan was efficient and effective, and my gutters were left completely clean and clear.

Overall, I would highly recommend Premier Softwash to anyone in need of roof, gutter, or any kind of cleaning and pressure washing services. Nathan was knowledgeable, professional, and skilled, and the results of his work were outstanding. I will certainly be using his services again in the future.

First off I want to start by saying this was a great experience, start to finish using Premier soft wash. From first calling the business phone, to finishing the job was overall a excellent and professional experience. Nathan is a great guy and I knew from the first call that he would be the bid I would accept. The good work ethic did not stop there! He was on time and made sure to communicate so that we both had a good understanding of what time he would start the job. Not only was his communication very professional but so were his skills in this business. He was able to clean my front driveway and retaining wall leaving a new look that I was impressed with. I am certain I will be using Nathan again in the spring time to do another spring clean!

Had Nathan service, and do the moss removal on my roof today. My roof looks 10 years newer and moss free!! Nathan showed up on time, did an amazing job, and left everything spotless after. Highly recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Nathan and helper were very respectful to us and our property. The Christmas lights were beautiful and perfectly installed on each roof line. Worth The Money. When we were ready for the lights to be removed, they came the same day! I would use Nathan at Premier Softwash for more than Christmas Lights. He’s the first person I will call for house washing or any pressure wash needs.

Had them create, put up, take down, and store our Christmas lights. Fantastic job and it keeps me off tall ladders, a young persons game!

UPDATE - Just had Premier Softwash complete a Softwash on my roof and clean my gutters. Nathan arrived on time and did a professional job. Also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Will be having him out later this spring to power wash my concrete and driveway.

Saw Nathan’s Advertisement online and decided to give him a shot. From the QUICK quoting process, to the job itself Nathan was there and passionate every step of the way. I had my roof soft washed and moss treatment done here in Lake Oswego, I will definitely continue to use him and very happy with the results.

I contacted Nathan to come out and give me a quote for my roof. He came quickly and booked me within the next couple days.
He removed and treated the moss, now two months later, the roof looks brand new with no damage.

He literally saved my roof.

Got several bids for moss removal, so exceedingly happy we went with Premier Softwash.
Nathan was very professional, timely, considerate and personable. The job was done completely, even clean up!
