Reviews of local pros in Tualatin, Oregon

Parker and his team did a great job soft washing our fairly large roof and cleaning out the gutters and surroundings of debris that came off the roof. Would recommend if you need the same.

The owner of this business promised that they didn't use pressure washers on driveways. I asked multiple times because I had an old driveway and knew that the old concrete would get blasted away from the rock, leaving the driveway uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. He outsourced the job to another company. The guy then proceeded to pressure wash parts of my driveway and when I complained to him, he said the other machine he uses is basically a pressure washer as well. He said he had multiple complaints from other people in the neighborhood that he had done work for that week as well. I told the owner that I was displeased and that I wouldn't be working with him again. He still called last week asking if he could put up Christmas lights. I said no. Then today I get another email asking me to leave a review when I had already asked to unsubscribe weeks ago. So I am leaving a review. Don't work with this guy. He is a salesman and say whatever he needs to to close the sale whether it is truthful or not.

I couldn’t be happier with the Christmas light installation from P & M! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. I also really appreciated the great communication.

Parker and the team did a fantastic job pressure washing our house and cleaning our gutters and skylights! They were professional and made sure everything was cleaned to perfection and our satisfaction! Highly recommend them!

Julian performed gutter cleaning on two of my homes. Did a great job without any drama. Will definitely reach out to P&M the next time I need any gutter cleaning or pressure washing.

They pressured washed our patio and driveway, cleaned our windows inside and out. Very pleased with the results. Staff is professional, pleasant and not messy. Our dogs got out and the crew did everything to get them back in! Thank you!

These guys are amazing! they cleaned thoroughly the gutters and installed Christmas lights beautifully. They cared for their quality of work and they were not rushed doing things even when the weather was cold and rainy.

They power washed our driveway and did an excellent job, especially given we have a composite driveway with many nooks/crannies as happens with these types of driveways. The price was very competitive as well. My only very minor complaint is that power washes blow dirt onto most vertical surfaces. They did rinse down the garage doors but the front door a bit off to the side was forgotten and had to be manually hosed down. Still, I would use them again as this is minor and only needed a reminder is my guess.

I love my beautiful lights ! And for cleaning out the gutters in order to survive all this rain ! It was so nice working with you ! Please make sure I get on your list early next year ! The lights add such beauty and joy during this magical season!

We had a great experience with Parker and his team at P&M. Not only did they take great care of our tile roof but they also did an amazing job cleaning both the inside and outside glass of our windows.

Would absolutely recommend.

Prompt, courteous and thorough. P&M is equipped with tools of their trade for meeting all challenges on the job, and employs impressive modern communication to make it all seamless. From my first contact with them to job completion, Parker and his team delivered as promised. 5 star EARNED!

Parker and his team did a great job installing the Holiday lights on our clubhouse. The whole job was executed quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend them!

They actually showed up earlier than expected and finished faster than I thought they would, but didn’t cut any corners. The gutters look great — everything’s clean and draining perfectly now. Super professional, friendly, and clearly know what they’re doing. Quality work all around. I’ll definitely be calling them again next time.

P&M cleaned our roof and gutters good. It was our first interaction. We would love to work with them again. Good first impression.

P&M gave me the works….Gutter & roof cleaning, siding wash, pressure washed my deck and patio…and put up Christmas lights. They did a fantastic job and my home has never looked this good. Just signed up for their annual subscription which will keep our place sparkling year round!

I absolutely love my Christmas lights! I went with the classic green and red combo, and they look amazing. They’re super bright, perfectly straight, and give my house the exact festive vibe I wanted. I’m so happy with how they turned out, I highly recommend!

I've worked with Parker and his crew on multiple occasions and they're awesome! Super knowledgeable, fast and quick reply times. Highly recommend!
