⛔️ Quoted over a thousand dollars for standard duct cleaning for 1,300 sq ft home!!! Nearly a thousand to re-arrange existing furnace to make room for AC!!! One discount required me to forfeit 3-day grace period to withdraw from contract w/o penalty (allowed by law)... by scheduling next day installation!!! DAMAGES to my home & personal property; UNAUTHORIZED, FLAGRANT MISHANDLING OF IRREPLACECEABLE personal property; UNAUTHORIZED, DELIBERATE replacement of fully functioning recently installed thermostat with an inferior model. Install manager never apologized nor addressed ANY of my concerns. In his last response he offered to take out everything & give refund instead of adding courtesy service calls to the warranty per my request as equitable compensation for violation of our contract!!! NO! ...to MORE STRESS & wasting more time letting them rip everything out subject to more DAMAGE!!! And who would end up with my USED AC without knowing it?!? Sky Heating's advertised "values" are pure rhetoric! They're incompetent, lack integrity & downright unethical. BEWARE!!! Posted 10.25.25

David arrived at 8am and continued working non stop until 1130am. He installed a brand new water heater, pan and all the appropriate lines and brackets to ensure a safe and reliable appliance.
Very friendly and knowledgeable with every question I had today for him.
I truly appreciate his timely service and installation.
This is my first time using Sky Heating and if there should be a second time in the hopefully distant future... I will be using Sky again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Tom did an excellent job on our yearly maintenance check. Thoroughly explained everything he inspected, had photos which helped show the areas he described, and also pointed out what we should watch for in case of an extended power outage. Knowledgeable and courteous. Great job!

Invited SKY out to do an estimate on a bunch of miscellaneous plumbing work. Tim was extremely professional, kind, and friendly, and took the time to assess each item as well as think through the best way to do things. He took the time to explain the logic, as well as some historical knowledge helpful to contextualize the house’s plumbing. Estimate was done on site - and seemed fair based on the different options and things we talked about. We have used SKY before for major plumbing & will likely use them again! I cannot say enough good things about this company and my review is long overdue. In the fall of 2025 I had a mini split and water heater installed by them. There were a couple issues with my mini split and they were always very quick to help me with problems. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I’ve more recently had a problem with water temperature in my shower and it was resolved quickly and as always, with everyone coming to my house, being incredibly friendly and kind.. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Our HVAC system was not operating properly, so we contacted Sky Heating to troubleshoot. Their technician, Mario, arrived right on time and did a thorough assessment. He showed us the problems and determined it was more cost effective to replace the 20-year old system than do repairs. Jason, their system specialist, came by that same day and presented different options. After comparing with other companies, we found Sky's pricing and equipment superior. Jason was able to schedule installation of the new system the next business day. The installers, Jake and Jim, showed up on time and completed the project that same day. They were very knowledgeable, skilled and did a fantastic job. These guys are awesome! We also had a potential plumbing issue, which David from their plumbing division quickly resolved. We are extremely pleased with Sky Heating and their entire staff. We strongly recommend them.

Water heater had no. Hot water. Michael was able to fix it on Wednesday Jan 14. He arrived after calling and was efficient and knowledge. He was very good and I would call Sky Heating every time.
I had to wait 2 days but was well worth it. Charge was $220.

From the initial phone call to the final resolution handshake, the service provided was truly first-rate! My AC system inconveniently chose to quit on a long weekend. While hunting for an AC repair service that operated on Sundays, I came across them. I contacted them as soon as they started their day and their customer service was nothing short of impressive. They managed to dispatch a technician named Geoffrey later that afternoon. Geoffrey was friendly and communicative, keeping me in the loop as he identified the problem with my AC unit. He found out that the control board on my furnace had given up and communicated this to his supervisor to order a replacement. As it was a holiday, the replacement had to be postponed until the next working day. After installing the new board, Geoffrey noticed the pressure wasn't functioning correctly and suspected the issue might be with the TXV valve. John, who was always quick to call me with updates, thought there might be frost on the coil and suggested letting the fan run for a few hours. When that didn't solve the issue, he later informed me that there was a component that was missed while installing the new board. He promised to send Geoffrey back to install it. This is where the service excellence truly shone through. Geoffrey returned to install the missed component. He also assumed that the TXV valve wasn't the problem...and he was right. He inspected the box where the coil is housed and found that some wet insulation was being sucked into the coil, giving the false impression of a faulty TXV valve. He removed all the damp insulation and not only did the unit start to work more powerfully, but it was also blowing cooler air! To cut a long story short: This company is committed to customer satisfaction, going above and beyond in their diagnostic and repair services. They come highly recommended! Fast forward to a recent update - Nolan truly outdid himself! My circuit board failed and he along with the team went the extra mile to diagnose the problem and replace my circuit board the same day. Nolan persisted in getting the part from the warehouse and I was informed that they were able to secure the part and could return to my place to install it within 90 minutes! In another update, it's clear that I keep going back to this company for my AC service needs. I wanted a maintenance check on my AC unit and had the pleasure of meeting Nolan. He was thoroughly professional and brought a positive energy throughout the service. He found out that one of my capacitors was nearing its end and suggested a replacement, which was swiftly taken care of. This company continues to excel in delivering top-quality service and their technicians are simply the best when it comes to skill and customer service excellence!

I'm only rating this 4 out of 5 stars because he arrived slightly after the expected 12pm window. I'm not sure if this was due to Robinson Brothers HVAC's scheduling or the technician himself. Nonetheless, once Nolan arrived, he demonstrated efficiency and had the job done by 1pm. Overall, his work was comprehensive and top-notch. I especially appreciated the advice he gave me for annual heater maintenance, which is invaluable for someone who just became a homeowner in Tualatin.

the team first came out to check my hvac system because there was hardly any airflow from the vents, especially with the ac. they found out that an old ac unit was put in using really outdated ductwork. they upgraded the ducts to the right size and also added insulation in the attic, which had none before. braden, john, and the crew did a great job figuring out the issues and found smart solutions for the duct and insulation problems in a tricky attic space. i highly recommend their hvac services!
