Found the filter was dirty. We changed that as instructed. Heating stopped working again. I let him know before the service call that the igniter has had issues in the past and Mill Creek has corrected it on previous visits. Heater stopped working after he left on Christmas Eve. Had to heat the house with fireplace Son in law came over and manually started heater with a lighter on Saturday night as we can’t heat the entire house with just a fire. Called and they were off Friday after Christmas Hoping they can get out Monday to look at the igniter so my heater will work. I can’t get to the heater as I just had surgery.

It was a Saturday night when my thermostat blanked out and the heat went off. Scott W. Showed up Sunday morning to and found that the furnace had blown a fuse, needed a replacement part, and said another appointment would be scheduled once part was in. He left. A bit later Scott called to say he had been "thinking about it", came back, and fixed the problem!!! Turns out it was a faulty wire on the outside hvac unit that caused the problem. Thanks to Scott for not giving up and going above and beyond what my experience has been with other places. It was also a reasonable price for a Sunday emergency call.

Our heating went out New Years Eve. I called so many places and left messages. Mill Creek was the only one to call me back. They came out Monday after the holiday and found the problem. Ordered the parts and the day after the parts came in they came out and made the repairs. We have a geothermal system. So thankful and appreciate this company.

We have had the same service technician for other maintenance calls. He is always pleasant, clean and thorough. He is a good representative for Mill Creek Heating.

My Dad noticed and was impressed by how much time Ken spent on the annual furnace and air conditioning maintenance compared to the last 2 companies he had do it. My Dad was also pleased with Ken cleaning and getting the gas fireplace ready for winter. My Dad was pleased with the price and experience. He will be hiring Ken again next year!

We had a new roof installed in December. This month our heatpump stopped working. Called Mill Creek and they came out and determined the heatpump had lost all it’s coolant due to a leak. The had to replace the coolant line between the pump and air handler. The crew did a very professional job. The head guy was Shon Landon.

This was our first experience with Mill Creek Heating, when we called them to repair our gas furnace. The Service Technician, Anthony was very professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and communicated with my husband during the entire process. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, where other companies we had come out were unable to diagnose the error codes on the gas furnace. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

The company works with you! They are very caring. my technician's name is Wes, I would not have anyone else. This young man is amazing!!! He is very good at what he does!!! he is extremely compassionate about his work and the way he treats others is wonderful!!!! Very respectful and honest!!!!!! I recommend him highly.

I contacted Mill Creek heating about a ground source heat pump when other HVAC companies didn't. Mill Creek did a great job of explaining the options and doing a detailed analysis of my home. Mill Creek acted as prime contractor and made arrangements with sub-contractors for things like excavating and horizontal boring. However, the arrangement was for me to pay these subcontractors directly, instead of going through Mill Creek. This worked, but communication and pricing was not as clear as I would have liked.

Pricing for the entire system was MUCH higher than I had thought it would be, but it was within the estimate provided by Mill Creek before I signed the contract.

In the end the system was successfully installed and, so far, is working as advertised. I am happy with the results and would definitely recommend Mill Creek to others.

In the cold weather before Christmas, our furnace quit working and the house temperature dropped to 52 degrees. We were grateful that Anthony was able to come out quickly and fix a problem, one we could not fix following the owner's manual. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful explaining the problem. The fix only took an hour and the house started warming. The service charge was reasonable.

Mill Creek was recommended to me by a trusted source, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. I had NW Natural come out and look and my faulting unit. They told me what they thought was the issue. Mill Creek agreed that I needed a new part but quoted me 4k to replace. I understand the tech was just doing their job but I found a replacement for $700 and replaced it on my own.

Mill Creek heating name was on our furnace when we bought the house and so I just keep on using them and they've been great! They do my annual maintenance and they don't try to charge me for things I don't need. They're always on time and I get a text when they're on their way. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend, and will use them again and woukd recommend them to anyone I know looking for a system.

They were professional great at answering questions. Took time to hear what I wanted and building the right unit for the home and needs I wanted.

Cleaned up everything as if they were never there at the home.

Install was smooth and done on time, And the instal team was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

You would be missing out if you did not at least hear them out or talk to them.

Update had to have them come back out and the technician Ethan came to help with a problem. He was amazing and great to work with.

Company was really good about taking care of me and wanting to make sure everything is ok.

Im going to be talking to them about there maintenance program with the way they treat me its worth every cent.

After having Mill Creek Maintenance check out our HVAC, I feel confident that when I am out of town my system will work while I am gone. The men who have come out to check out our HVAC every 6 months have always been great about picking up on any necessary repairs or weak capacitors that need replacing. They are reasonably priced and very competent.

Had an issue with my house in Salem and was quoted an astronomical amount to repair/replace my system. Luckily I was referred to Mil Creek Heating from a friend. Cliff and the team were great. They had my repairs done and my original equipment up and running perfectly within a day. Well under the prices I had received from other companies. Would highly recommend them moving forward. My furnace quit working and it was cold outside so I wanted it fixed as soon as possible or at least looked at so I would know my options. After another company postponed my scheduled appointment to the next day (which was already the day after I called) I decided to try Mill Creek. Scott came out within a couple hours of me calling and quickly assessed what part needed to be replaced and got it installed in less than another hour. All in all my experience was excellent and I couldn't be happier.
