Thank you Arlen for the stellar job you did fixing the mini-split in our rental. It took all day for diagnostic & fix, and from beginning to end it was apparent you were the perfect tech for the job! Great communication & explanation. And it runs excellently! You don’t get better money spent than that. Highly recommend.

Last year we had a new Carrier, gas, furnace, and central cooling system installed By Mill Creek Heating . Today, Scott from Mill Creek arrived right on time for the yearly maintenance for both systems. Scott reviewed with me all the systems being checked and helped me implement a filter replacement plan. He also provided insight on Air filtration systems we’d like to have installed in the future and a gas connection that we need disconnected for installation of a new electric range and oven.
I give five stars to the service today and five stars for the great response last year when we were without heat for an extended period of time! I’m confident this maintenance plan will keep us warm and cool without down time.
