Reviews of local pros in Turner, Oregon

I contacted Jesus Beltran for a free estimate for roof cleaning and treatment. Jesus responded quickly and scheduled our appointment within a few days. He was very professional and detailed in what the needs of our roof were. He also offers pressure washing and we scheduled with him. He was on time and very professional. Our roof has never looked better, and treated it for moss. He cleaned as he worked and our property again has never looked better. His pressure washing is amazing…our back patio, pavers and sidewalks along with driveway look brand new. Jesus placed flower pots, a bench etc back after he was all finished. The detailed cleaning was impeccable. Jesus is very personable, friendly and professional. His prices are more than fair, and I will be using his services again. I highly recommend Eagle Gutter and Roof Maintenance.

High quality service and work! We have really appreciated how responsive and thorough Jesus and Sonia are in getting work estimated, scheduled, and completed. They helped to accommodate our schedule, and plan for unexpected situations to get things completed on time (e.g. coming out a day early since heavy rain was predicted on the originally scheduled day).

Jesus is friendly and did a great job walking us through the repairs and scope of work. He was unafraid to walk our steep gables for the estimate and was in full-safety gear during the job. We loved that he took plenty of photos of his completed work so that we could see the repairs with our own eyes, too (everything looked fantastic!).

Our home feels so well taken care of and prepared for winter, and more! Thank you so much!! Cannot wait to have a recurring moss and gutter cleaning every year with Eagle Rock. The best!

We recently contracted with Eagle Gutter and Roof Maintenance to clean off existing moss on our roof and then treat the roof with a moss preventative. Jesus Beltran came out on the day after Thanksgiving. He impressed us as personable, hardworking and efficient! We also appreciated that he made sure that the entire area around the house was cleaned up after he completed the job. We highly recommend him to others needing roof maintenance. We would also be inclined, in the future, to use him for the other services he offers. Thank you Jesus...the roof looks great!

Jesus did a great job and I highly recommend him! He is reliable and responsive. He worked hard cleaning my gutters and doing a moss treatment on my roof. He left my yard cleaner than it was when he showed up which isn't always the case when getting your gutters cleaned. I will be hiring him again in the future.

I highly recommend this company. Very impressed with the cleaning done on our roof and gutters. They transformed our roof which was mossy and overdue for maintenance. Very reasonable pricing. Completed early and on budget.

Jesus does an outstanding job. We have used his services for several years now and have been very pleased every time.

Jesus did a thorough job at a reasonable price. My roof hasn't look this good since we built our house. He also did a great job on our windows. You won't be disappointed if you hire Eagle Gutter and Roof Maintenance.

Another neighbor hired them to clean his gutters, so I decided to try them as well. My neighbors on either side got theirs cleaned the same day. We arranged the service completely by email. Communication was good and prompt.
Jesus, the owner, got here right on time, with his helper Angel. I asked him to do the houses in a specific order, and he explained his process. He was going to use a temporary roof anchor to attach himself to while on the roof, but after talking about the pros and cons, I opted to pay a little more and have him install a permanent roof anchor. This can be used by anyone who needs to get on the roof in the future, and will save the roof from having extra holes put in it.
The houses have not had their gutters cleaned since they were built almost 3 years ago, so there was quite a lot of debris. I know he did a very thorough job because he sent pictures of each side of the house along with a picture of the new roof anchor.
He and Angel did a good job cleaning up. You would never know they were there. I would definitely recommend them for gutter and roof maintenance!
