Trevor came out last minute which was so amazing and I'm not sure if it's cause it was late in the evening and I was his last customer or what but he did no diagnostic testing at all. Wasn't wanting to take into considering what I was saying what I was experiencing. He did attempt to program my thermostat to the best of his abilities which was my main reason for calling but he has done the least of other HVAC guys that have come out. He claimed it was my gas valve and after some research there were multiple diagnostic test he could have done to actual see if it was my entire gas valve or just a circuit cord etc. Very disappointed I didn't receive the great service these other customers seem to have get.

I was referred to Breezy by a close friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Trevor was polite, professional and extremely informed. Our AC had failed when we needed it the most and Trevor had us back up and running in no time. I was thrilled to have the luxury of AC again but even more so, I was impressed with this small business.

I want to emphasize... this is a small businessman doing the best work he can to provide for his family. Trevor is a hard worker and a proud example of what it looks like when you support local business. Breezy helped keep my family cool in this heat wave and I’ll be referring him to everyone we can. I also don’t plan on being in this situation again. Trevor discussed with me options for annual service work to keep my priceless equipment running in tip top shape.

Our heater went off on Saturday night, we called on a Sunday! We received help within a hour! Responsive! Then Trevor was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explained the problem and the fix. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Breezy HVAC & Construction!

Trevor and his trainee were amazing. Confirmed with me by text what time they would arrive and were very understanding about taking off their shoes to protect my new floors. My HVAC system was full of construction dust and now it is spotless. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and made sure to not let my cat out during the process. Trevor from Breezy was amazing! He showed up on time, was straight forward and did an amazing job at replacing my heat pump and air handler. He got everything done all in the time frame he gave me with no issues and at an affordable rate.

I had called around and got other bids on my replacement before calling Breezy HVAC and couldn’t believe how horrible the other places were about getting back to me with a bid, or even just a return phone call in general. Trevor came out right away and gave me a breakdown of costs and his time frame.

I was woken up this morning by cold temps to find out my furnace wasn't producing any heat! Called Breezy HVAC at 6am this morning and spoke with Trevor right away. He fit my in his schedule and arrived within 2 hours! Very friendly and knowledgeable and even let me borrow a space heater until he can get the part needed for my furnace. Thanks again!

I contacted Trevor with Breezy HVAC through our West Salem Facebook group to get a quote to install a exhaust vent above our stove as we did not have one and the exhaust fan we had died.

Trevor was quick to respond to set up an appointment to give me a quote.

The day of the appointment, despite being held up at another job, he and his coworker still showed up for the appointment where we discussed the project.

Both men were professional, polite and incredibly transparent. I received my quote a few days later despite Trevor having to attend an out of State conference for an HVAC vendor.

The quote was sent to me via text with a link to a very professional website. There I was able to digitally sign the quote and pay the deposit for the work we agreed on.

Earlier this week, Trevor installed the hood vent I had provided and explained throughly the work that he was doing, and what he done upon completion.

Both my husband and myself were impressed with the professionalism and workmanship Trevor provided us. And will definitely recommend them to anyone else needed HVAC work.

Side note:
I have worked for an HVAC company as well as property management maintenance and for a general contractor that hired sub-trades. Not to mention the many years of home ownership and dealing with subcontractors on a personal level. I have never met a contractor like Trevor was communicated so well, returning calls, answering text messages quickly and being transparent with the work he was doing. Due to his background in construction as well as HVAC he was able to troubleshoot any issues quickly and with great knowledge.

I have dealt with my fair share of flaky, uneducated and dishonest contractors professionally and personally. So when a contractor does what he’s supposed to do, is professional and is always on top of their communication as well as always on time, I feel that they deserve a good review.

I experienced some issues with my old furnace and decided to call Breezy HVAC for help; and I’m very glad I did. Trevor and his team confirmed that the furnace needed to be replaced - it was very old and posed a carbon monoxide risk with cracks in the unit. I was impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship put into the work to replace the furnace. No cut corners or shortcuts. Trevor did a very high quality job at a fair rate. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Breezy HVAC.

I had the most efficient help I’ve ever received from Isabelle. She’s extremely helpful and gets straight to the point Without making you feel rushed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so much!

Wes did a great job coming out to the house and helping us with our AC unit. He was prompt and very informative. He gave us some really great advice and gave us some extra care on our unit at the end of his day. He let us know that we could give him a call if we needed any help in the future. I am very thankful for his integrity and kindness. Our AC works very well now!

Tim was very professional and curious of my floors. He arrived at the time he said. He worked quickly and was very through.

Michael was very knowledgeable about geothermal heat pumps and performed a great maintenance job for us. I would definitely use mill creek heating and cooling again.

They installed a new rooftop unit in my two story historic in McMinnville,Great price!Great service,they had to close the street,bring in a crane,I was so impressed with how well they coordinated the project,knocked it out in a few hrs.Today they serviced the unit,the tech was on time,professional and competent.Great guy.

As reluctant as we were to replace our air conditioner that failed on us too early, we were grateful that Mill Creek Heating was able to consult with us and install a heat pump in its place. The entire team at Mill Creek was great from the technician, who initially diagnosed the issues with the old equipment, to the sales consultant, who advised and provided proposals, to the installers who were able to get new equipment in place in one day. Communication was seamless and responsive. Highly recommended.

Fan went out on our Water Furnace and Tim evaluated the problem and ordered the necessary parts from the factory. Did an excellent job adding two power monitors as well.Very polite and professional!

Very professional did a thorough job looking at all the ductwork and giving me a fair estimate. Installation was done the next day as we didn’t have heat. The furnace works great would hire them again.
