We called Mill Creek hearing on a Saturday, mid-day. Since it was a nonemergency we were told they would call between 8-8:30 Monday morning. At 8 AM Monday morning Jennifer called and said they could be out to take a look between 11 and 1:00. Before noon on Monday or furnace was back up and running. The charge was very reasonable.

They were very helpful and got me an appointment quickly. As well as being punctual and figuring out what was wrong when they did their maintenance on my heater. They had someone bring the part he needed so they wouldnt have to do another appointment.

Anthony came out and serviced our furnace last week. What an amazing experience with this company! 10/10 recommend they were fast and efficient. Got our system back up and running in no time!

Had Andy out to look at an old furnace we thought needed replacing. He was able to repair the issue with very little hassle, and saved us from having to buy a new furnace. Would highly recommend.

My old WaterFurnace finally failed after 30 years. Chris at Mill Creek helped us with our available options - repair the existing system or install a new one. We opted for a new WaterFurnace Series 7 with a Trane filter, PuriFi system, and added zones to the house.

Chris was extremely thorough with the estimation and design process. His install team knew exactly what the plan was and came prepared. Total job site time was 6 business days, from removing the old unit, modifying our ducting, and installing the new unit. Our Washington County inspector was complementary of the install job.

Michael did a great job repairing and explaining the cause for our heat pump shutdown. This company installed our heating and cooling system a few years ago. We will continue to use them in the future.

The price for the motor was a lot more than I expected, but I'm glad to have it repaired.

Found the filter was dirty. We changed that as instructed. Heating stopped working again. I let him know before the service call that the igniter has had issues in the past and Mill Creek has corrected it on previous visits. Heater stopped working after he left on Christmas Eve. Had to heat the house with fireplace Son in law came over and manually started heater with a lighter on Saturday night as we can’t heat the entire house with just a fire. Called and they were off Friday after Christmas Hoping they can get out Monday to look at the igniter so my heater will work. I can’t get to the heater as I just had surgery.

It was a Saturday night when my thermostat blanked out and the heat went off. Scott W. Showed up Sunday morning to and found that the furnace had blown a fuse, needed a replacement part, and said another appointment would be scheduled once part was in. He left. A bit later Scott called to say he had been "thinking about it", came back, and fixed the problem!!! Turns out it was a faulty wire on the outside hvac unit that caused the problem. Thanks to Scott for not giving up and going above and beyond what my experience has been with other places. It was also a reasonable price for a Sunday emergency call.

Our heating went out New Years Eve. I called so many places and left messages. Mill Creek was the only one to call me back. They came out Monday after the holiday and found the problem. Ordered the parts and the day after the parts came in they came out and made the repairs. We have a geothermal system. So thankful and appreciate this company.

We have had the same service technician for other maintenance calls. He is always pleasant, clean and thorough. He is a good representative for Mill Creek Heating.

My Dad noticed and was impressed by how much time Ken spent on the annual furnace and air conditioning maintenance compared to the last 2 companies he had do it. My Dad was also pleased with Ken cleaning and getting the gas fireplace ready for winter. My Dad was pleased with the price and experience. He will be hiring Ken again next year!
