Constraction reviews in West Linn, Oregon

Affinity is such a great company, they have employees with great talent, craftsmanship and values! We have had many projects from a full clubhouse remodel to a small outdoor pool shower and many in between. Each project was completed on time and met/exceeded our high standards! Currently we use Affinity for unit remodels and they will be constructing our outdoor kitchen/bbq. I would recommend Affinity to anyone! I have many favorites including the admin personnel that I could name but to be honest every employee I have had the pleasure working with has been excellent! Thanks Affinity and team!

We seriously needed a new roof on our West Linn home as the cedar shingles had no longer offered protection after decades of Oregon weather.
We contacted 5 contractors for re-roof estimates. One we felt was too low of a bid to do an adequate job and the rest were all around the same price. We chose Affinity Home & Design because Nathan was the most knowledgeable and he explained what the job entailed and exactly what his contractors would do. He was the only one who noticed that one of our rafters was rotten as it was exposed to the elements and would need to be replaced. We are so glad Nathan included this as it would have been a problem otherwise and very expensive to replace once the new plywood and shingles were installed.
Our old roof was removed, new plywood installed and the new roof shingles. We also upgraded to a much better quality material for less than what other roofers were asking to upgrade. So glad we did
The work performed was perfect. The workers did a meticulous job and saw to every little detail regarding adding new vents, making all openings weather and water tight including our 4 solar tubes. Nathan thought of everything adding weather edging and water runoff materials everywhere it was needed.
The roofing job was completed in a few days along with total cleanup.
We are very satisfied with the work performed and so happy we chose Affinity Home & Design. Nathan and his company are professionals.
Our new roof is so attractive and a showcase on our block.

Very professional, great communication. Best tile work I have ever seen! I highly recommend them. I really enjoy my very modern master bathroom and steam/shower. Dr Don NImz

Professional, ON time & ON budget. Nathan and his team were excellent! I had Affinity HD add a 700 sq foot mother-in-law suite to my home. The project involved the total remodel of an old garage.

The Affinity HD team presented a clear budget and timeline for the process. They nailed each milestone on time and on budget. The communication throughout the project was top notch. The team even helped pick out the interior finishes. The MiL Suite is AMAZING! My mom is so happy!

If you're looking for a professional team of contractors that you can trust, do yourself a favor and give Affinity HD a call.

We've worked with Affinity on several projects at our home - water intrusion repair, yard/hardscape redesign, siding replacement, and more in the works. We've been impressed with their attentiveness to detail and answering all of our questions. Nathan and Monte in particular are a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great service!

Nathan and his team were fantastic to work with. They explained every step, broke down every cost, and made the process easy to understand. We had every project detail and schedule available to us so that we never had to wonder about when the next step would take place, or whether our latest decisions had been captured and integrated into the design. When issues came up, the team was able to explain the problems and offer solutions; they never tried to hide things or cut corners. We will absolutely contact Affinity when we’re ready for our next home upgrade.

We really appreciate the attention to detail that Lori and Dan brought to our kitchen remodel. Having been in the industry for years they guided our selections and made recommendations that would improve the value or our home. They worked closely with the subcontractors to get the look and quality we wanted and were friendly and helpful as they guided us through our first major remodel. The final design is both functional and beautiful and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.
