Tree reviews in West Linn, Oregon

The crew was on time, cordial, professional and experts at the job. Removed a 75' oak that was split in half and secured it to work safely at the top. They cleaned up meticulously and went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend this company.

Arbor Tree Pro Experts did an outstanding job removing several dying maple trees that were dangerously close to our power lines. From the first contact to the final cleanup, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly cooperative. We asked if they could leave the wood chips for us to use around the property, and they gladly did. They also went the extra mile by cutting all the wood into perfect lengths for easy splitting and firewood use. It’s rare to find a crew this thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend Arbor Tree Pro Experts for any tree work—top-notch service all the way!

Arbor Pro was great to work with and we’re priced fairly. They communicated in a timely manner, and the crew was on time, personable and diligent in their work. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I’m happy to recommend their services.

The guys that came were awesome, they were thorough in trimming and cleaning up and very polite. I would definitely have ArborPro back again. Great job!

We have contracted with ArborPro tree service for our pear trees for several years. The 3 treatments each season l, which they apply under the right conditions and intervals, have been very helpful. The production and yield have been great and the trees are healthy. The team’s customer service is friendly and reliable.

Great experience with ArborPro. Their folks were professional, thorough, did great cleanup. Good communication throughout and a great price as well. We highly recommend them.

Very professional and thorough. And cleaned up everything when they were done.

This long-time customer appreciates the consistent positive results from ArborPro. They are always knowledgeable, on time, accommodating, and fast. Special thanks to Liam, Ryan, Alex, and Colin - Great Work!

We were very happy with the guys from ArborPro who trimmed multiple trees on our property today. David, Liam and Fernando were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They answered our questions and were very conscientious about cleaning up. We would certainly recommend ArborPro and plan to use their services again.

Arbor Pro’s exceeded my expectations completely! They were not only professional and listened very carefully to what I wanted, but they executed the job with a mastery that I can only call artistic. I think you have to really love trees to do what they did. My trees look just beautiful! The technicians that came out where Ryan and Ryan, yes they were both named Ryan, and they were completely professional, attentive, easy to work with, and I felt like I could just leave them to their job without having to monitor anything. They trimmed a maple tree, a cherry tree, a cedar tree and another maple tree that got almost destroyed in the ice storm in 2020. I’m amazed that they were able to do anything with that last tree because it was in really Sad shape. My brother was trained by Ken Sugimoto in the art of bonsai In the 1980s in the Bay Area. Ken is the one who brought the art of bonsai to the United States in the 1940s. He looked at the maple tree in the front and was just amazed at how beautiful it was. Thank you, Arbor Pros for an amazing job! I will be working with you again and recommending you to all of my friends!

Fernando & David arrived on time and got right to work. They were very polite, kept us apprised of the process, asked questions about what we wanted in regards to the shaping of our bushes. They were quick with the work, did an impeccable job of clean up and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We definitely recommend ArborPro, and if possible, request Fernando & David!

Thank you, gentlemen!

ArborPro Tree Experts are the professionals you’re looking for when it comes to tree work. Everything during the process from receiving a bid to the completion of the final work was seamless. Their pricing is very fair, the work was done with care and was very meticulous. They completed all work in a timely manner, took extra care with our planters on our deck and when finished spent as much time cleaning up as they did trimming to make sure everything looked spotless and clean afterwards. I’ve worked with other tree experts in the past, but moving forward will only be working with ArborPro. A fantastic crew and company to work with. Thank you ArborPro!

We are very pleased with the work done by ArborPro at our home. The crew was efficient, informative and they were just nice guys.

ArborPro gave us a competitive quote after walking around our property and assessing what was needed. When it came time to do the work, they showed up on time, even a little early. There were three people who got the work done efficiently and did a great job of cleanup. Trimming back a couple of huge trees, they were very skilled and knew how to best prune big trees.

Wow, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark, Crystal, Eddie and Mac have made sure we never use anyone else. From start to finish they were amazing. Eddie and Mac came out yesterday and ended up being asked to do more WAY than they had originally anticipated, but never batted an eye. They took about 30' off of two 100' trees (right on our property line) at the bottom of our very steep hill with skill and precision (we now have our view of Mt. Hood thanks to them), did clearance pruning around our entire house (also on some very tall trees with acrobatic rope work) and then cleaned up better than we could have ever imagined. If you need tree work done, USE ArborPro. Don't be silly and waste your time hunting around...THIS is the company to use!

We had them out again this year to clear our "view window" and to cut down a few smaller trees...amazing, just like before!! We got a truck load of wood chips from them too! We met Adam this time and he was incredibly nice and professional! We love this company!

Arbopro was amazing from start to finish. The arborist came and accessed our tree, a Japanese Maple. He told us everything about it (the previous owner we bought the house from planted it) now we know everything about this gorgeous tree thanks to him sharing his knowledge. We got the bid. Accepted. Alerted our neighbors and the team who showed up was fabulous. David and Fern did the work. So professional. So friendly and clean up was flawless, and our little Chugg really liked Fern. As a business owner I know how important it is to take a few minutes to praise another company. People are so fast to report negatives. This company obviously cares about trees and the work they do, yet I think they also care about their employees which means excellent business and high quality work. Thanks to David and Fern for their hard work, we are so happy with the results.

I am very pleased with Arbor Pro Tree Experts and their tree trimming services. The “guys” were super nice and very respectful of my property as well as taking care not “to hurt” the trees they were trimming. They cleaned up all the trimmings very well and you would hardly even know that they were here! My trees do not look hacked away haphazardly either! Thank you Arbor Pro! I highly recommend you to anyone!

The team at ArborPro removed a tree for us and performed stump grinding. They were prompt, professional, got out for a free estimate quickly, and safely removed the tree. They came in the lowest of the quotes we got, taking a few hundred dollars off of the end quote because stump grinding didn't take as long. Thank you!

The arborist were professional and friendly. They completed everything that was on my list. They asked my opinion when necessary. And they removed the debris before they left. Good job!

On January 13, 2024, an ice storm gripped Gresham, but this time it did something never seen in all the years I have lived around here: The fir trees caught freezing rain, then partially thawed and then more freezing rain, so that they became so heavy that we had BIG trees falling everywhere. We were referred to ArborPro Tree Experts and they were excellent in communicating, quick to schedule and execute, and showed kind patience with us as we dealt with the exact opposite form of service from State Farm as they continue to play games with us. If you want it done fast and on time, call ArborPro. They are one of the last companies that do what they say, when they say they would do it, and for what they said they would do it for! I will call them for anything to do with trees for as long as I live! I trust them.

I have contracted with Arbor Pro three times for routine maintenance of my yard trees. Every time they have been professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They show up with a great attitude and get the work done efficiently.

Every time I've scheduled them well in advance, so every time they've happened to come during inclement weather: once rain, once a very cold day with significant snow on the ground, and most recently one of our 90 degree-plus days. Without complaint they have done what they needed to ensure safety, and gotten their work done up in the trees while I was shivering or sweating inside my home. Their last visit we had David and Fernando, and they were super down to earth and efficient. They even chipped and hauled a pile of brush I had from some earlier work.

Overall, highly recommended!
