Pretty disappointing to deal with. I tried to get an appointment to have trees assessed, but they could only give a 3 hour window, where you have to wait around for the arborist to know his schedule on the morning of. I waited around that morning, then received a call saying it would be a late visit because of "traffic" and they still weren't sure when. When the arborist called to follow up he was hostile. I don't think it's reasonable to request that a customer take a half day off work for a basic appointment, which cannot be confirmed or kept the day of that appointment. NOTE: This is the first time I am leaving a business a negative review.

Arbor Pro removed a big, 100 year old oak from my back yard yesterday. It was close to the house and had deck built around the bottom, making it a difficult job. They were GREAT!! Used a crane from the front of the house to lift everything up and over the roof and down the front yard. Quite an operation to watch, and the entire crew was so easy to work with, and so good at what they did. Would hire them again in anytime!

We hired Arborpro to remove a street tree and stump grind. They helped with the permit, arrived on time, removed the tree, ground the stump, did a good job of cleaning up. They meet expectations. We would hire them again.

I had a great experience with ArborPro and will be using them in the future for any arborist work I need done. Their staff is friendly and professional and they did a great job with all the work I had done.

Colin is very knowledgable and really cares about your trees. I feel like he recommends only what's needed and is not trying to push unnecessary work. Their pricing is fair, and they pay attention to the small details when they do their work. Their workers show up on time and do a great job, checking in before and after finishing.

From the moment Adam came out for a quote to the wrapping up of the tree removal, ArborPro Tree removal was wonderful to work with. We had a very large dead poplar tree in the back of the yard that needed to be removed. We were contemplating to remove remove an old fir at the same time. Adam took the time to explain how the fir and the adjacent large tree are protecting each other and how it could negatively affect the other tree. I very much appreciated that he did not just try to make more money by having us cut down another tree. We ended up having the poplar removed (which was not an easy feat as it had been dead for a while and it's next to the creek) and have the fir and adjacent tree pruned.
ArborPro was very good at keeping us informed about the timeline and the crew was very punctual. They were super friendly and professional. The yard was exceptionally clean after everything was done. Additionally, their quote came in on the lower spectrum of all the ones we had gotten.
I highly recommend giving ArborPro a call if you need any tree service done. We will definitely use them again.

Arborpro is just that. They love trees and I so appreciate that they are willing to do the least damage to our wonderful trees and still accomplish a huge task. They are kind, punctual, professional, and very cute! We had a very good experience with them, and our trees did too. Looks great.

The ArborPro guys who did the work were very respectful and friendly. The job was done well and they cleaned up the entire area when finished. The only drawback I felt was having to pay half upfront. This turned out to be months that the company had my deposit before the work was done.

After multiple years of interviewing Arborist's to take on a massive job of removing 8+ White Oaks (dangerously close to the home), general trimming of pear trees and removal of overgrown shrubs, I met Mark. I was un-happy with the typical sleazy salesmen coming out to "make me a great deal" on my job. Mark is very honest and forth coming. His extensive knowledge of my trees and plants helped me feel comfortable removing trees that I grew up with 40 years ago. His price was competitive and his team was amazing. Watching them rig these massive logs and getting things to land where they wanted was exciting to watch. So exciting, I kept my son home from school to watch. They felt like friends after the three day job and I was sad it was over. I will only call Arbor Pro for any work and have already told everyone I know. If I only had a stack of business cards to hand out.(hint hint). Anyways, Wonderful company, wonderful team, wonderful execution. Great job!!! Thanks! Stacy Noll

Had a great experience with ArborPro, from start to finish they were awesome.
The crew (Tyler, Mac & Ryan) showed up early and ready to start. All 3 of them were very professional, knowable, friendly & helpful with my many questions.
They were cautious to not damage my other shrubs/trees and they took the time to do it right.
Attention to the after the job clean-up was the cherry on top! 100% would recommend. 👍🏻

We had an excellent experience with ArborPro . . . the ground + office teams were technically skilled, knowledgable, professional, communicative, and timely. My kids loved watching them work. They pruned all the trees in our yard with care, arranged permitting, and safely removed a huge fir that had started to lean without any damage to our house, power lines, or neighboring properties.

ArborPro trimmed back our hedge along the front of the house and trimmed back 5 other trees and bushes on our property. The process of getting a proposal from them was effortless; they helped us figure out what all we wanted done. And then they came and did exactly what was in the proposal (with a few minor adjustments at our request). Staff communicated well and were extremely friendly. Thanks! We''ll be back!

I had five trees in desperate need of pruning. ArborPro did a fantastic job from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations. The crew was very friendly and professional and their prices were cometitive. I highly recommend ArborPro for your tree care needs and I will definitely use them again for any future tree care.

The guys from Arborpro were recently at my son’s house to remove many trees. Ryan, Fern, Tyler, and Connor, all worked hard and did a fantastic jump. They were expert and planning where to fall the trees and did a great job working around a pond. They had some great ideas where to place some of the downed trees in the pond, and we have already had a pair of Mallards enjoying it. They did a fantastic job from the start to the cleanup.
The office group of Lily and Maurine were very attentive and working with Colin from the beginning was a real pleasure. We were all very happy and will be using them all again.

It was totally amazing to watch two young men remove the trees that were threatening our house and drive way. They were fast and efficient. left the area super clean. Highly recommended to anyone wants a better price and best service.

The wind storm in January took down a very large tree .This was a huge mess and thousands of pounds of wood and debris and and upturned gigantic stump that created a big hole.. ArborPro handled all the work including removing the stump filling the hole and completing removing all the wood and debris.The price was very fair .The crew worked efficiently, safely and were very friendly and professional.
Would definitely recommend them.

What a great group to work with! My initial contact was with Chrystal and Lily, whose response time was quick (unlike other companies who either are slow to respond, or don't respond at all) and were engaging, and cheerful. When Ryan came to estimate the project, he listened carefully, made good suggestions, and came back with a reasonable price. Alex and Liam, who did the work, were most cordial, and very professional. I could tell by. their work ethic and care that these guys were real pros! My trees look better than ever, their cleanup was immaculate! They go the extra mile, as well, with suggestions as to upkeep and care. And most important, in the end result, everything was done to perfection. I have lots of trees, so the next time I need any tree work done, I'll definitely use ArborPro Tree Experts!
