This was the first time we were having something like this done. We reached out to 3 or 4 companies with our general idea that we wanted pavers and a pergola put in. The design that Eric came up with was really good but so was one of the other companies. We spoke with both companies, Eric listened and quickly adjusted his design and we loved it. The other company couldn't get it right.

The start of the project started slow due to us receiving the incorrect color pavers, but since we noticed and said something right away, it was only a couple day delay. Adam, the project manager, worked with us every step of the way. The crew was great and considerate of the start time, especially during demo, when they knew it could disturb the neighbors.

The project took a little longer than originally planned, the incorrect material didn't help, but again, Adam kept us informed. We really appreciate Adam and System Pavers for the project and we would work with them again if we want to add anything else to our yard.

I had an excellent experience with System Pavers from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, caring, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the process. I was totally impressed by the System Pavers team. Matt Tooley provided the initial cost estimate and assisted me in getting a reasonable price. Claudia Trejo provided the project coordination and Adam Padilla provided excellent project management. The project was the removal of our concrete driveway and replace it with pavers. The finished product is beautiful. By the way, the workers assigned were respectful of our property and did a great clean up job. I recommend System Pavers to anyone.

We had such a great experience working with System Pavers. Jake was our design consultant and we felt like he really listened to what we were asking for and trying to bring to life. We were having a pool remodel going on at the same time and the team was great in working with adjusting schedules. Jose was our crew lead/project manager and he was fantastic!! We were able to make slight adjustments as needed and we are in love with our ‘new’ backyard. My only critique would be the clean up…we demo’d a lot so I get there was a mess. But we had to pick up water and soda bottles when they left each day and they left trash on patio a couple times. We live in Phoenix and they completed this project in May/June so it is hot!! Overall so very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend for projects.

Our backyard is a work of art!

We recently moved into a new build house and had System Pavers landscape our backyard. It's something we've never had to do in the past, so we were happy to work with Chase, Jose, and the team for the project. During the process, we had a couple bumps and misunderstandings but we're still giving them 5-stars. First, because the team took the time to understand our concerns so they could remedy the situation, but more importantly, because we're so happy with the finished product. The design, the quality of products, and the workmanship all speak for themselves. It's easy to shine when everything goes perfectly, but I think it speaks volumes when things go amiss, and the customer is still happy with the end result. We'd definitely recommend!

I attended the July Home Show with the goal of finding a company to renovate my backyard. Not much had been done to my small backyard in decades and it was essentially dirt with a long planting bed lined with rail road ties. I knew I wanted a turf section and a pavers section but hadn't given it much more thought.
After several other companies came out and gave me their proposals/estimates I really wasn't thrilled with what was being offered.
Then Joe Hildebrand of System Pavers came out and offered suggestions far superior to the other companies' proposals.
Joe designed a modern, functional and serene backyard. Joe also spoke fervently about System Pavers and why they were the best company to select for my backyard renovation.
Jose Corral managed the project and the team and effectively communicated with me about progress of the project.
When the work was completed I was thrilled, but during clean up motor oil was dribbled across a section of pavers. They tried cleaning the pavers but when the result wasn't satisfactory they quickly replaced the oil stained pavers.
The end result looks as great as it did before the spill.
After the installation was complete there were monsoon storms with 1" of rain in two hours. I am thrilled with how well the new backyard drained especially during the downpours.
I am very happy that I selected System Pavers and love my new backyard.

I recently worked with Chase Spear and his team on my front entry steps, walkway to the backyard, and the paver pad for my garbage bins, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Chase demonstrated an excellent eye for design, proportion, and color coordination, creating a layout that perfectly complements my home’s architecture, stone accents, and existing desert landscape.
The stepped entry feature has completely transformed my curb appeal, adding depth, dimension, and a custom, high-end look. The contrasting paver borders tie beautifully into my color palette, and the way the materials blend with the surrounding plants and gravel looks intentional and cohesive. The integrated lighting enhances both safety and nighttime aesthetics, giving the walkway a warm and inviting glow. The side walkway and backyard pad were executed with the same care and continuity, providing a smooth flow throughout the property.
I also want to acknowledge Adam Padilla, the project manager, for his attentive oversight throughout the build. Adam consistently checked in with the crew and with me to ensure the design was being followed and that the installation aligned with my expectations. He communicated clearly, kept the project moving smoothly, and ensured the area was thoroughly cleaned when the job was complete.
The entire crew demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and pride in their work. Every detail—from alignment to edging to final cleanup—reflects quality. I am so pleased with the outcome that I plan to continue working with this company for future projects.

WOW!! There are too many words to write that describe what a great job System Pavers did! A complete removal of driveway, patio and side walks and reinstall of pavers.
Beyond our expectations. Chase came out gave a great no pressure presentation of the services they offered and explained what we were to expect. He told us that he was going to have Jose and his crew do our job. What a super hard working crew they were, very professional and detailed in their work. Really pleasant and courteous to work with. System Pavers just finished my back yard yesterday, and this has been an amazing experience from beginning to end.

After researching multiple landscaping companies, I scheduled an estimate with System Pavers and a competitor on the same Monday morning, 2 hours apart. I hadn't done this before, so I thought that should be enough time. However, since our design consultant (Chase) was so thorough, we were really just getting to the best parts when he had to leave for my next appointment.

When the other company arrived, I was asked to go inside while he worked and then he'd follow up with me after. He was done in 15 minutes and hadn't asked me almost anything.

Chase, however, had done nothing but listen to what we wanted and ask lots of questions to figure out how they could make our vision for the yard come to life, helping along the way whenever needed based on his experience. Needless to say, I immediately called him back and he actually came back that evening on his way home and we were able to get everything finalized and on the calendar.

From that point, everything was smooth. We got scheduled, they kept the schedule, my Project Manager (Adam) has been in constant communication with me every step of the way, and the end result is incredible (not to mention that the price was extremely reasonable for the work we had done).

This was a 5-Star experience at every level and I highly recommend System Pavers (AZ).

The work done by Old World Brick Paving was much better than I could have every expected. Our brick paver patio was starting to cave-in in several spots. We had Frank from Old World out to the house for an estimate and he informed us it was due to the tunneling of chipmunks. He was the only one of the several estimate we received who mentioned this was the cause. Once he pulled up a few bricks, it was obvious he was right. Frank made suggestions about how to repair the patio and enhance the quality at the same time. He was very knowledgeable and not ridiculously expensive.
The two workers showed up first thing in the morning and transformed our patio into a state which looks better than it did originally. The patio is perfectly level and all of the problem spots have been corrected. The quality of the work by the employees was superior to that of other people I have had do work around the house. The pavers have been tightly packed together again and the patio just blows me away.
If you are look at putting a new patio in or get your patio repaired, I would highly recommend Old World Brick Paving. You will not be disappointed in the work or the finished product.

OWB paving installed my driveway in 2009 and it was an excellent job. Over the last decade certain areas of the driveway settled and sank unrelated to the work OWB did. These 3 areas averaged 8-9 feet in diameter. I had no clue what repairs might cost but figuring it would be expensive decided to get it done anyway. Frank, the owner came out and looked at the bad spots, developed a repair plan and gave me a price. I was pleasantly surprised as it was a fraction of what I was expecting. The crew, headed by Enrique were true artists at their trade. They systematically removed the bricks, a lot of bricks, built up the base and put everything back together in less than 5 hours. The result? Perfect. Once again, the whole driveway looks and functions just as it did back in 2009. I heartily recommend buyers shopping for paving services to talk to Old World Brick paving. One last word from experience, building a brick patio and building a brick driveway are two completely different services with two different project costs. Make sure your choice of contractors understands the differences.
