Paving Contractor reviews across the US

CCD Construction is the BEST Construction Masonry company that I have ever worked with. Carlos and his crew are professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. For the first time I felt confident that I was getting the best quality work. I had many issues that a previous contractor left me, things were done incorrectly, and it needed many repairs. Carlos is amazing and explained everything to me and how it would be corrected. Carlos takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone who is looking for professional, fantastic results.

I was completely impressed with CCD‘s professionalism and work. They are reliable and respectful with great pricing. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the cleanup after the job, exceeding all my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

We had a new walkway and front steps put in by Carlos and his crew a few months ago. Working with Carlos was a pleasure. He is professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and very helpful, and with his guidance our project turned out better than we could have imagined. The crew was dependable, respectful and very good about completing their work and cleaning up when they were done.

We have relied on Carlos for a couple of projects since then an will continue to work with him in the future. I would highly recommend CCD Construction.

Carlos and crew did an excellent job for us. We were kind of back and forth on which brand of pavers to go with. He made some great suggestions and came through and spiced it up for us. Highly recommend his services. Great ideas and extremely thorough.

Very professional and detailed work. Highly recommend for any and all structural and heavy construction work around home, industrial warehouse or commercial venue. You will not be disappointed with this company’s work!

Carlos and his crew were amazing. We had our stoop done within a day in a half. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Masonary/construction industry. He advised us as to what would look best for us. I highly recommend CCD Construction.

I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, but Carlos from CCD Construction is in a league of his own. He is hands down the most skilled, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable professional I’ve ever hired.

Carlos is a true master of his craft. He doesn’t just understand his own trade—he knows every product, every system, and even the responsibilities of other trades on-site. Whether it’s structural, cosmetic, or technical, Carlos brings insight and precision to every part of the job.

What really sets him apart is his character: an absolute gentleman, a straight shooter, and a man of his word. He communicates clearly, keeps his commitments, and consistently delivers top-tier results without compromise.

Don’t just take my word for it—talk to him yourself. Within five minutes, you’ll understand what makes him different. And once you see the quality of his work, you’ll be blown away.

Carlos is simply the best in the business. If you want it done right, call CCD Construction.

CCD was wonderful! I highly recommend. Provided the best price of several other masons and was able to complete the entire job in 2 days. No loose ends or incomplete work. His men were very respectful and hardworking.
I have posted before & after pictures.
Stoop looks fabulous & so glad I went with CCD!

If you are looking to have any masonry work done STOP RIGHT HERE!! You have found THE BEST in the business. Carlos and his guys are AWESOME. Carlos not only knows everything about home renovation but has a creative eye and is a perfectionist as well. As busy as he is he will always make time to answer all of your questions. He will not try to up sell you. In fact, he will give you his honest opinion if he thinks you should scale your project down. He just finished doing our driveway, back patio and path to yard in Nicolock pavers and we could not be happier !! We are already planning our next job with him. It doesn't get better than that! Call him ! You will be amazed by his work !!

I've been working with Carlos at CCD Construction since 2011. He has done various projects at my home including foundation work (reinforcing/waterproofing), basement renovation, and most recently an extensive outdoor project - new outdoor living area, new driveway with updated drainage system, new front steps with walkway, and soon a new front door for our entry way.

Carlos has been exceptional to work with. He is always attentive to our plans and wishes, but he really comes in with ideas that help us come up with the best vision and outcome for our space. The results couldn't have been better and we're so excited about how everything turned out.

We only got done with the project when the weather started to get really cold...so we haven't gotten out there to use it to its fullest potential...but we already have the date set for our first backward barbecue party to show off the new space. However, parking in the driveway has been so much better with the new surface. The kids love practicing their roller hockey skills in the driveway. And most importantly, my garage isn't getting any backflow for rain water or melting snow with our new drainage system.

Because of the quality of their work and the good working relationship I have with Carlos, I will continue to use the services of CCD construction for big and small projects for the foreseeable future. You won't be disappointed with their work and professionalism.

I've included pictures below, but believe me...even these pictures don't do his work the justice it deserves. And disregard the front door in the picture...that's not the new one.

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job on our driveway and walkway expansion and renovation. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the work being done and communicated all steps that would be done on the project. He knew exactly how to blend my steps with a new walkway. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and will use him for future projects. We will definitely recommend CDC Construction.

We had a water penetration issue along one side of the house and thought it was getting in from a deteriorating concrete walkway. While other contractors agreed and quoted a price, Carlos showed me that the water issue wasn't related to the concrete, and that the work wasn't needed. He suggested simple, inexpensive ways to correct the condition. He is an honest, stand-up guy who would rather be truthful than take our money. When we decided to replace the path anyway for aesthetic reasons, Carlos and his team did a fantastic job at a fair price. We're very pleased and will call Carlos again for future projects.

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on my walkway and the side of my garage. I had these ugly weeds growing there, had them removed and was looking for something neat and simple. Carlos came up with using blue stone, which is something that I didn't even consider. I'm so glad he suggested it because it looks amazing! He truly knows his stuff and will suggest something that works and not just something that is expensive, like so many others. They also fixed up my front walkway which was falling apart and now it's not a danger to walk on anymore.

His crew came early and were courteous. They cleaned up that you couldn't even tell they were there other than the fantastic work they did. They left my yard better than they found it.

I would definitely recommend Carlos and his crew for any type of masonry work you are looking to get done. I can now tell people "I got a guy" when they ask if anyone knows of someone to do concrete work and beyond.

CCD had done work for me over the years. A new roof, replaced my driveway, sidewalk tiles repaired. They do it all. After not having any work for them for about a decade, I called him with a question about some stains on one of my ceilings. They came over and assured me that it was not a water problem and they gave me advice about who to call. NO CHARGE. Thanks CCD.

Dealing with CCD Construction was a great experience. They were professional, always on time, and did great work. We are extremely happy with our new stoop, driveway and walkway. I was also pleasantly surprised with their clean up when they were done. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any project.

We can’t say enough great things about CCD Construction! Carlos took our backyard and made it look amazing! We didn’t think there was much we could do in our backyard because it’s a small yard with a big pool in it but Carlos came up with a design plan that really maximized what little space we have. Not to mention, Carlos is a perfectionist. We highly recommend CCD Construction!

A fantastic job was performed by Carlos and his crew Cement sidewalk and a beautiful stoop were installed Their clean up was exceptional Friendly Easy to work with and great prices Thank you CCD construction corp

Carlos is friendly and easy to work with. He and his team are reliable and show up when scheduled. He is also extremely responsive via phone/text.

Hired CCD to replace a deteriorating stoop in my backyard. Carlos was fantastic throughout the entire process. He answered my questions and explained to me on potential issues that may arise upon removal of the old stoop. When something arose he spoke of the options to move forward to complete the job. I never felt rushed throughout our interactions and Carlos was easily accessible as well. Very pleased on how he goes about his business.

Carlos and his crew just finished up our house today and we could not be happier! Carlos is a perfectionist, has a great eye for design and is honest! He really saved us in a short amount of time when another company that we previously hired, never showed up. He got the job done quick and most importantly, it was done right. He is also very fairly priced. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and we will most definitely be using him for any future projects. Do not hesitate to hire him, you will not be sorry!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos (CCD Construction) for the installation of a new pool and Cambridge & Techo Bloc pavers in my backyard, driveway, and house and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Carlos and his entire crew demonstrated a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. They patiently listened to our ideas, provided valuable insights, and ensured that all my concerns were addressed throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship exhibited by Carlos is truly commendable. The pool installation was seamless, and the attention to detail in laying the pavers was impeccable. The precision and care taken in every step of the project reflect the expertise of someone who takes pride in their work. Carlos had to not only install a pool but install an underground water drainage system. I can tell you from the rain we have gotten, not one drop has gone into the house. He finally solved our water problems for good!!
Clear and open communication is crucial in any project, and Carlos excelled in this aspect. He responded to every email, text and call and we had too many to count! He kept me informed about the progress, any unexpected challenges, and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made.
I highly recommend Carlos (CCD Construction) for anyone looking for a professional and skilled mason. The transformation of my home is beyond my expectations, and I am grateful for the dedication and expertise they brought to the project.
