After a terrible experience with the first contractor on our patio project, we were very hesitant about who to use to redo the stone pavers. When John showed up from Paver Connection to quote our project, I was immediately at ease and trusted him completely. He listened and understood our concerns. He was prompt in his replies to keep me apprised of our place on the schedule. And then he turned us over to Hayden and Mike and their crew. Hayden is probably one of the friendliest and most responsive contractors we’ve ever worked with. He and his crew made sure that we were on board with every step along the way. And they kept the work site super clean the whole time! We are very pleased!

We had an excellent experience with Paver Connection recently when they demolished our old concrete driveway and gave us a beautiful new permeable paver driveway. They got permits quickly, worked hard throughout the process, made sure all of their checklists were completed before we signed off on the job and cleaned up the job site when complete. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Paver Connection.

We are very pleased with the brick work, tile repair, & steel porch supports replacement by Paver Connection. It was wonderful to work with John Nicholas, Hayden Garrison, and Hayden's crew on our project. John really listened to us regarding the scope of work, & our concerns about the outcome (since this was the first job of this kind with which we had ever been involved). Hayden was great at managing the job & crew. He kept us informed about the different phases of the job, & always made sure that we were satisfied with the results along the way. Hayden's crew were wonderful to work with: diligent, skilled, & friendly. They worked as if this was a project for their own families. We will definitely use this Company again!

We used Paver Connection to build a retaining wall for our yard, which slopes down into a ravine. They engineered the wall to prevent erosion and land sliding down the slope. The work was extensive, and they handled it all very well and very professionally. The workers were on time, and they worked hard. The project was completed in a very reasonable time. They cleaned up the site and replaced anything they had moved. We are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Paver Connection and would definitely use them again for any similar work.

Extremely happy with the retainage wall, landscaping and irrigation work Randy and his crew did for us. They worked well in this Texas August heat, completing the tasks in an orderly and timely manner, and resolved any changes or concerns we had along the way. Randy is an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Paver Connection for your pavestone/landscaping projects. They recently completed the replacement of my back patio and front sidewalk. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with their work. Their Sales Representative, John, provided useful design suggestions, which I included in the final installation, as well as a comprehensive list of specifications and cost estimate. Joshua, who monitored the overall project on a daily basis, kept me informed of issues uncovered during the process and how they would be resolved; all to my satisfaction. In addition to his personal expertise, Joaquin led the most skilled crews of craftsmen I have ever seen. They were hard-working detail-oriented experienced stone masons—true artists at their craft. They accomplished everything listed in the estimate to my complete satisfaction. In addition, there were numerous details, not specified, which were addressed and corrected. It was a pleasure to work with such skilled professionals. I would not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to friends and neighbors. My thanks to all of you for your beautiful work.

Kudos to the entire Paver Connection team! From the initial engagement (John - sales) on our patio project to the follow on extension (phase 2) everyone involved exhibited professionalism and great concern for the project outcome. They were on time, neat and delivered the final project as outlined without any surprises (Josh - installations)
To cap things off for excellent support after the sale, we recently had an issue with our gas firepit.
Josh quickly coordinated one of his specialist to troubleshoot the problem. Again, the tech dispatched was professional and super helpful. After a few minutes, he was able to determine the issue, applied the fix, provided guidance on some preventative maintenance and our firepit was back up and operational!

John and Josh were the perfect pair to complete our paver, drainage, and generator surround projects. John gave us a very detailed bid with pictures and then turned the project over to Josh. Josh was a very thorough and hands-on project manager. He made sure we understood what was going on daily as the drainage project especially was quite involved and of large scale. Josh’s crew cleaned up every day so we were never left with an unsightly mess. The project was completed timely and we are thrilled with the results. This is the third project that Paver Connection has done for us, and we have never been disappointed.
