Paving Contractor reviews across the US

Fernando’s crew arrived early and were ready to get to work. They pressure washed, sanded, and sealed the driveway. Two days later it’s cured and looks fantastic.
I had a question and left a message, after hours. Expected to hear from them the next business day. Fernando called me that night and answered my question.
Fernando and his team are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Vargas Paver Sealing.

We had Vargas Paver Sealing clean and seal our pool area and it looks awesome! They we very easy to work with! I would definitely recommend them for quality work

Highly recommend Vargas Paver Sealing. From my request for a quote to the finished work - all top-notch. Melinda scheduled thr quote, Fernando and Kiana showed up and prepared a detailed quote quickly and efficiently, answering any questions I had. They left me with a hand prepared quote with three levels of products. Once my decision was made, they scheduled the work to accommodate my timetable. Workers showed up as scheduled - prompt, polite and professional. Moved all the furniture on the lanai, covered my plants and got to work. Cleaned up the worksite when finished for the day. Arrived as scheduled next day to finish up the project and return furniture to the lanai. Everything was put back in the exact location it was taken from - very impressed! Lanai and.driveway were pressure cleaned, sanded and sealed and look great! Power washing of the house was great - makes a huge difference. Pool was skimmed and cleaned..spotless! Very impressed! Check them out - you won’t be disappointed!

While seeking 5 star reviews for a local, family owner-operated, full-service paver sealing company, the name that came up was Vargas Paver Sealing. Fernando and Kiana Vargas visited our home to evaluate and estimate our needs. We had the pleasure of meeting both crews, (Milo & Jose, and Byron & William) during our job.

Great care was exercised to move our outdoor furniture in and out, clean, sand and seal our pavers, and return our lanai back to us in excellent condition.

If you need your driveway, pool area, or lanai pavers treated, look no further than Vagas Paver Sealing for great service.

Highly recommend Vargas Paver Sealing. I got three separate estimates and Vargas was priced competitively. They didn’t try to upsell me and were very transparent. The crew showed up on time each day and did an excellent job start to finish; They moved all my patio furniture with care. Communication through the process was excellent and they even applied an extra coat of sealant to my driveway after a brief rain shower the day of application. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Top quality job from in person estimate to finished job. They cleaned and sealed my backyard pavers areas.
The pavers are 8 years old and now look like new!
A few years ago I paid a
Different big paver sealing company to do the same job and their worker did not do a quality job. So I asked my neighbor and they had used Vargas so that’s how I got their name.
Highest quality company! You might pay a little more but Vargas will delivery a quality job well worth the money!!

We own and manage Clean-Rite flooring and upholstery cleaning for 30 years and know very well when we see a quality job well done by another company. Vargas is that company!

Vargas did our patio, walkway, and front entry. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They are reasonably priced and their workmanship was outstanding. Fernando and Kiana are caring and go out of their way to make sure expectations are met. They were available to answer questions whenever I called. We are very happy with our new beautiful outdoor space that enriches the landscape. Do not hesitate to call them and ask for an estimate.

Fernando, Kiana, and Melinda have ALL been responsive and attentive to our needs. Our roof tiles look amazing from the roof softwash. Our driveway pavers and entrance walkway ALL appear brand new. Not an easy job to remove layers of old sealant, power wash, sand-fill, and sealcoat. Patience and diligence required. Two, two-person teams were on-site for three days. Commendable job and definitely recommend Vargas Paver Sealing.

Update one week after roof cleaning:
The roof is clean. Don’t get me wrong. However the bleach they used to clean it got on many of my plants underneath my covered lanai, as well as plants that I had moved ten or more feet away from my home. They are now dying. There is also a large patch of grass that is bleached and dead. Other landscaped plants are yellowing and dropping their leaves. All of my patio furniture was also wet after completion of the job, it is underneath my covered lanai. I do not plan to use this company in the future.

Updated review: Fernando reached out to me to make things right after seeing my original review. He let me know that he agreed about the lack of communication and that their company has been very busy recently. He was able to accommodate me quickly and the roof and gutters look great! Thank you!

Original review: I tried to schedule a roof cleaning with this company. Received a quote and approved it on October 10. Played phone tag, could never get anybody at the office to actually answer and would receive call backs during my workday. That went on for about 1-2 weeks. I finally got in touch with someone who couldn’t schedule me at that moment. She stated she would be calling me back with a date for service. Never received a call back. I do not recommend this company due to lack of follow up and lack of communication. Significantly lacking in customer service.

Vargas was great. Our Lanai deck and driveway look 10 years younger. The seals are great. It looks better. The quote ended up being the final price. It was arranged six weeks ahead of time everyone showed up on time worked hard cleaned up well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Paver Rescue. They are very professional and professional. They did an excellent job. Lucas is amazing!!!!!!!Thank you!

They were prompt, reliable, and professional. Their work was meticulous and the results speak for themselves!

We had a fabulous experience with Paver Rescue! They repaired pavers, sealed our pool deck and pressure washed our driveway and side walks. They were very fair in price and easy to communicate with from initial quote to scheduling the job and follow up after the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company as they stuck to their word, showed up exactly when they said they would and did excellent work! Highly recommend!

I had my pool area 1,100 SF of pavers with lots of weeds and needing cleaning done. Great work and it looks better than when it was originally sealed. Very professional job. Very pleased. They were very careful with everything! Excellent!!!

Excellent service by Paver Rescue! Extremely professional and efficient! Our pavers were cleaned, sanded and sealed and look great! Thank you Lucas!

Fantastic job, we should have used your company to install and seal the pavers in the first place! The attention to detail was top notch

I had a wonderful experience with Paver Rescue. Lucas was so easy to work with which was a breath of fresh air. He is extremely responsive throughout the process and makes sure to do an amazing job. I will absolutely use this company again.

Very pleased with the work on our pavers, it’s like our pool pavers were brought back to life. We could not stop admiring them since they were done. Lucas was very professional fast and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you!

Did a great job with my pavers paid attention to detail in ensuring all the joints were cleaned. The owner is also involved to make sure the job goes well. He as well as his helpers assisted me in moving some large boulders that were in the way Pavers look like new. Would highly recommend

Lucas was able to fix an area of the paver driveway that was uneven. After that was completed, he was able to pressure wash re-sand and seal the driveway. My paver driveway was installed 16 years ago. Lucas was able to make it look new again. He did an awsome job. He was very professional and reasonably priced.

Lucas and his team did a phenomenal job on sealing my pavers. Lucas showed up when he said he would and kept In constant contact with me through the whole process. He is both friendly and professional. I’ll be using him again when the time comes!
