Paving Contractor reviews across the US

I had Vargas paver sealing complete my project today. This company runs like a finally oiled machine. From initial estimate to finish job they were wonderful. They do quality work at a fair price. It is evident that they take pride in the work that they do. They cleaned my brick pavers, leveled out sunken pavers. Great job I would highly recommend this company.

Vargas Paver Sealing did an amazing job on my Driveway and Pool area. I have had these surfaces done twice in the past and their work exceeds the competition by an order of magnitude. They showed up on time for the appointment, they followed up to make certain I didn't have any further questions. They called and texted the day and time they would arrive to begin the job and showed up on time ! By far the most professional company I have dealt with in Naples, Florida. I would recommend them to everyone that wants a quality job on their pool deck and driveway.

The team from Vargas Exteriors, led by Fernando Vargas completed beautiful and detail oriented house painting, gutter installation, and pool deck and cage repairs to our home. We enjoyed excellent communication, collaboration and commitment from every person working our projects. They provided "no-nonsense" estimates, reasonable pricing, and professional billing and follow up. We will definitely call them again when we are ready for roof replacement and driveway repairs.

They are awesome. Highly recommend!
They were in contact with when they were coming, they cleaned up after everything was done. Beautiful job and Fernando was so nice. Call Vargas for sure!!

Pavers look great. Pool did end up with a lot of sand and stripping residue. I forgot to change the automatic pool programming for the solar heat and am having problems with the system. Normal pool operation is fine.

I did my homework but wasn't expecting this level of expertise. They did an outstanding job! The Vargas crew did my driveway, roof, lanai and walkway. I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to state my experience - very pleased!

I was impressed with the professionalism of this company. Their prices were fair and the technology behind their estimate and contract documentation was top notch. The final job outcome was excellent.

Vargas Paver and Sealing were professional, on time and completed the job as scheduled. They were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The crew was very polite, cleaned up everything and respectful of our property.
The pricing was very fair.
I will definitely recommend them and also when I need it done again - I will be using them too.

I was very impressed with the meticulous job performed by the Vargas crew in leveling, cleaning and sealing the pavers of my pool deck and lanai. This was not a "rush job" like others I have had in the past. I appreciated being given detailed options for services from which to choose , instead of one flat quote. This is definitely a company I would highly recommend.

From the initial contact through the finished job, they were excellent and professional! My pavers were repaired, cleaned, and sealed with fantastic results! I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show the dramatic difference. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Varges After they completed cleaning, shining, repairing our pavers and tiles on the lani and driveway.
The result of their professional work warriors was exceptional. I mention warriors because they attack the job with quality as their goal, customer satisfaction as their matra,. These kind and hard working individuals make you smile as you gaze on your expectations exceeded
Thank you

Great work, great customer service. An appreciated family owned business. Delivered a great product from start to finish, it started with how they sold the job to me. They stood out compared to other estimates i received. I received more for my money for less cost overall. There was one little minor mishap (broke 2 nobs off the cushions on my brand new out door furniture) on the lanai, but the good out weighed the bad so i still give them 5 starts. Also, the company did acknowledge the mishap and will address it accordingly. THANK YOU TO ALL.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish and our travertine pool deck has never looked better! They were even able to get our job completed before the holidays. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Fernando and Kiana are an Absolute pleasure to work with. There guys Milo and Jose are the best , absolute attention to detail . They rejuvenated my pool pavers, walkway, patio, retaining wall and driveway. All look amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations

Thank you

Working with Vargas Paver Sealing was a wonderful experience. The worked so hard on our HOA Community Pool, sidewalks and fence. Not only does the pressure spraying look great, but the sand and sealing was done with perfect. I would recommend Vargas Paver Sealing to everyone. Great price too.

The Vargas team reset my pool deck and patio and did a great job. I was tired of water pooling in various areas after a rain, enabling mildew and weed growth. Entire area is now level and appealing to the eye. Their guys are hard workers and very particular to detail. Highly recommend!

Vargas Paver Sealing did a really nice job for us. They replaced some damaged pavers, pressure washed, sanded and sealed our driveway and pool lanai. That included washing down thr lanai screens. I recently had shoulder surgery, so they moved all the furniture from the lanai and put it back when the sealer was set. The owners, Fernando and Kiana, were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Vargas Paver Sealing.

Our 6 year old pool lanai pavers needed leveling, cleaning and sealant. Vargas's crew came out and did an amazing job. It was a big job. Took a little over one day to pull add sand and reset the stones and then another day to clean and seal. It looks way better than when it was new. Their price was good, a few hundred dollars cheaper than the 3 other bids we had and they came out about 2 weeks after we accepted the bib. Great experience from start to finish!!

From the estimate to the job itself, Vargas Paver was reliable and professional. The quality of the work is outstanding and the owners are very hands on. The estimate and invoice offer several options and are very transparent about what you will receive and how much each option will cost. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Vargas was professional and kind, answered all our questions. We did the Luxe package and everything was awesome except our windows are very streaked. The paver however are looking great and that’s what this project was all about. Well Done team!
