Paving Contractor reviews across the US

My pavers look brand new! Beautiful. I’m very happy with the work. The pricing was way lower than anyone else. Very professional staff, great communication and very time efficient. You can see from the photos that the pavers around the pool now match the pavers under lanai roof that have not faded.

The techs showed up on time and did a great job. They took the time to put plastic on the glass sliders to avoid overspray. The techs also confirmed what we wanted before starting the job. We will definitely used again.

They did a beautiful job and stood by their work. Adam explained everything and completed the job to our satisfaction.

I will never use these guys again! Larry was very rude when I called to tell him that while the boy washing pavers before sealing them, a small pebble flew up and hit slider window! They should respect and cover the sliders completely with plastic! When they clean the pavers, they use this round brush that spins, don’t they think something could fly up!

I hired Paver Protectors again because I was very satisfied with the cost and quality and level of professionalism the first time. They did not disappoint again. After the pool deck was completely sealed it started raining. Brandon, the technician waited till the rain stopped, blow dried the pools of sealer and resealed. That is why I am glad I went with Paver Protectors again. I highly recommend them!

Prompt, excellent service to address pavers that had settled and were uneven around our pool. Highly recommended!

They were very professional and did a great job on both our driveway and back lanai. Would highly recommend them.

Very professionally. Showed up on time and great communication. Very fair on pricing. Did get a bunch of stuff in the pool but that was expected. Great experience with an amazing look!

Jeff and the team at Paver Protectors exceeded all expectations. Jeff returned my call on a holiday weekend and the estimate visit and service followed promptly. The result is fantastic. The team answered all my questions and were polite and professional. I will use them again and plan sign on for their maintenance program.

This is the third time I have used this company. The first was a walkway leading to my dock. They did a really nice job. The second was my driveway and walkway to the front door. Also, a very good job. However; this time I had them do my lanai, door pad and an area where my garage can sits. I had two coats of oil based sealant on my pavers. The door pad came out well. The 6 x 8’ section where my garbage cans sit. Was just OK there were several areas, I mean several, where the old sealant was not stripped off very shiny in several spots. As for the lanai, they put plastic sheeting all around my screen cage, so that the discharged solvent wouldn’t stick to the screen, However, most of the plastic blew off, and there were several several areas where the solvent was sticking to the screen. In addition the last section they did after being here nine hours, seem like they were in a hurry to get finished. There are several shiny areas where the old solvent is still showing through.

So overall, just OK I was hoping for a little better result much like With the driveway. I really feel they underbid the job, pricewise, and how much time it would take to do it. Obviously, it took a lot longer. I would’ve been OK coming to me and going to have to charge it with the no more but I’ll make sure it’s done right. They didn’t so just OK.

Update 6/20/24 - I guess they forgot to cover my plants!!!
Now I am going to have to replace 2 of them.

Estabon Felix did a thorough cleaning and sealing of my driveway and sidewalk. He communicated with me throughout the process. He was professional yet friendly.

We have been doing business with Paver Protectors since we built the house in 2016 and the pavers still look the same as they did then! Great company quality work!

It was easy to schedule an estimate and a service date with Paver Protectors. I did it all over the phone or internet since I live out of state half the year. The crew showed up on the scheduled date, on time, and completed the work in a timely manner. Thanks!

Paver Protectors power washed and sealed my paver driveway and front entrance and walkway at my home in Estero. Larry, the general manager, arrived on time to give me an estimate to do the job, and the two polite and friendly technicians arrived on time on the designated day. They did an outstanding job power washing and sealing my pavers. They worked neat and clean, and made sure the house, doors, garage door and landscaping were all protected.

I’d recommend Paver Protectors without reservation! Thanks for a job well done!

José was very professional, pleasant and did a great job. Beyond expectation. When I do it again I will prefer Jose to do the job. Thank you

We choose Paver Protectors, Inc. to clean and seal our pool patio because they had such amazing reviews. We believed that they would do the same great job on our pavers, as well. And they did just that!! John arrived at the times he said he would. He worked alone and he went above and beyond to make sure our pavers where pressure cleaned and sealed in two days. Our pavers look better now than they did when we had them put in. John really went above and beyond to make our pavers look amazing!!! We will absolutely be using Paver Protectors, Inc., for all our Paver needs. And we will definitely tell our neighbors and friends of Paver Protectors, Inc. Thank you John and Paver Protectors, Inc. We truly appreciate you!!
Sincerely, Doug and Sharon Cann

This was our first time using Paver Protectors and wont be our last time! Brandon did a great job bring our pavers back to life. They look like the day we had them installed but only better with the wet look he applied. We will defiantly be recommending Paver Protectors to our family, friends and our neighbors. Great job we couldn’t be happier with the job!

Awesome job !!!! the crew was hard working on time and very professional. My pool pavers look awesome! Jose was Outstanding

Technician power washed and sanded our pavers then sealed them. They look nice but disappointed by the amount of sand that was spilled into the pool- lots of work to clean up. Also disappointed - had asked that they tape off 1 inch plastic deck drains so no sealant would get on them- taped off but tape not pressed down so sealant did get under tape- now a difficult process on hands and knees to clean off drains of dried sealant

Jeff did an outstanding job cleaning the brick pavers around my pool and lanai. Paver Protectors cleaned and sealed the bricks last year and this service was included in the package…such a good value!

Update, Brandon cleaned, re-sanded & sealed my pavers this year (2023) and he did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Brandon went above and beyond and I am truly grateful. Paver Protectors is an excellent company with outstanding service and value.

Update January 8, 2024 Ryan did an outstanding job cleaning the brick pavers around my pool and lanai. Paver Protectors is one of the best small business out there and I recommend to everyone I know.

Just and update here:

I've used Paver Protectors for several years now and always totally satisfied with their work. The same people do the work and their employees take total ownership for their work. They show up on time, are quiet and extremely neat. They make sure you are completely satisfied every step of the way. Our deck went from being pretty nasty to looking like new again - see photos. I highly recommend them. Def a 5 Star Company!!

It is so hard to find great help these days. I am so pleased with Paver Protectors. They were very responsive, came at appointed time for estimate, and scheduled the appointment at my convenience. The workers showed up promptly at 8:00 am on the dot. They were courteous, answered my questions and got right to work. They worked straight through and were very quiet. They paid attention to bad areas on my deck. When they finished our deck looked like new. I watched them work and they really do a great job and don't cut corners. I am going to hire them on an annual basis to keep our deck like it is. Highly recommend this company! PS: You do have to move you your "stuff" off your deck before they come.
