usually they never answer and so slow at getting back to you even after leaving multiple voicemails.

I called to find out if I could drop off several large bags of shredded paper. The person I spoke with offered to pick it up. After hanging up, a truck with 2 guys arrived and they took it all away. I was very please with this service.
