Our water heater went out Friday night called,even though they were closed for the weekend,they returned the call, set a date for today Monday 5/20/24.They were here as they said ,8:30 am installed ,cleaned up in less than 2 hr,we had hot water by noon.Great service !!!

I've used City Plumbing on three different occasions (clogged sewer line, hot water heater and a new AC install) and even recommended them to friends. All interactions with them have been pleasant and very timely. They've gone above and beyond making sure I got the solution that I wanted to the problem and it's always been a fair price for the work performed. If you're in the area and looking for a local plumber or HVAC tech, I can't say enough good things about this company.

Plumbers are always pricey, but we got a very quick response. The plumber who came dealt with the issue thoroughly and completely and even wrote a fairly detailed description on the receipt. He was also very polite and courteous.

Had a good experience with City Plumbing. Had a non emergency problem with the water supply valve for my dishwasher. Got same day service. Tom arrive, he was familiar with my building and our building manager. Quickly replaced the troublesome valve and presented me with a very fair bill. I would certainly call City Plumbing and Heating again if I have a future need for a plumber.

Michael is amazing. I had no ac. He came today, assessed the situation (the temp outside was 98, my air conditioner is on my roof and this kind man came out and fixed my issues in no time. He kindly explained everything he needed to do and was so efficient, despite this satan level of heat that Pittsburgh is going thru. Thank you so much!

I'd leave no stars if I could. I needed a ductwork transition piece made up. I left the dimensions, and he said it would be awhile, as it was a busy time. That was fine, but he abandoned my order. Nobody returned my calls, he kept my dimensions, and weeks later, still not a peep. If he didn't want to do it, just say so! I'm highly disappointed, and will be sure to share this experience.

Replaced a furnace in my office. They did a superb job. Workers were great, Clean up was terrific and the job was cost competitive. I could not be happier with the speed and performance of this company. I highly recommend it for your HVAC work.

City Plumbing is AMAZING. We have had multiple, positive experiences with the company for both forced air and plumbing needs. Most recently Nick came to our aid during a serious water emergency. He went above and beyond to find a difficult solution in quick time, and proactively worked with our borough water department to ensure the loop was closed on all details. We highly recommend City Plumbing.

Scam artist alert: Not very please about the non disclosure of additional fees and lying on the phone. Great they can get there fast, not great when $98hr labor turns into $130 hr labor when you get the invoice. They also tacked on a half hour. 11:00-1:30, as you can see they are already gone and it’s not 1:30 yet. They left at 1:00. Also told me it would take an hour and it took 2.5 hours. If they didn’t lie over the phone I probably would have went with another plumber who actually gave me a truthful price at a lot lower. Not to mention I bought the water heater and accessories myself.

On 8/9/2024 City Plumbing Heating & AC INC. came to install a Furnace and Air Conditioning in my home! Nick had come to my home ahead of time to show me the products they offer! I got a Rheem R92T Classic Plus Series Furnace which is an Efficiency Furnace! I also got a Rheem RA13 Classic Series Air Conditioner which is also Efficiency!
The men installing the Furnace and Air Conditioner were right on time! The Mechanic was Byron and his helper was Neko! They installed everything in one day and cleaned up it was spotless!
I forgot to mention Columbia Gas sent me a letter pertaining to my usage! I was paying $200.00 a month and my bill went down to $147.00 they wanted to come in my home to check the furnace! I told them I purchased a new furnace and gave them the furnace information!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the staff made my delivery easy and quick. I would definitely work with this branch again.

Rented a scissor lift for a week. Brought it back at 5 min to close to try to beat having to bring it the following day. Called ahead to make sure someone would be available to run equipment to unload from my cargo trailer and was told there would be someone. All of the yard guys jumped in to make sure it was taken care of and they were all more than happy to see it through. Bunch of easy going guys, a pleasure to work with at the end of their day, in the dark. I'll be going back if I jeed any more equipment.....

Was originally going to rent from home depot but they would not let me use my own trailer and wanted an additional 350 for the trailer or 400 to deliver. I was shocked and said I'd go somewhere else.
