I used this service for a standard cleaning and I fell for the hype on their website. They say they offer more services than other cleaners. So I requested wall washing, laundry, and organizing. I requested it again when the cleaners arrived. None of what I requested was performed. I just received a very basic cleaning at double the price I normally pay.
I won’t be using their service again. Firstly, for the false advertising and secondly the value is just not there. I would gladly pay their prices if they did a hell of a job but they simply don’t do anything special.
Save your money and pick a more thorough and honest company.

It was such a relief to come home to a clean home and to know that the physically demanding chores will be taken care of monthly. The staff were super nice about the initial set up, and they even called the day after my first cleaning to ensure that I was happy with their work. Maid on the Spot provides excellent and reliable service. My house is always spotless after a cleaning and you can customize the frequency and type of service required with each visit. I have been using them for 4 years and would recommend theto anyone!

I needed a good cleaning to prep for professional painters. I have 2 large dogs and we're not the best at keeping up on regular cleaning so my home needed a deep clean. The ladies that came, Shanice and Morgan,
were friendly and courteous and I felt they genuinely cared about their work and meeting our expectations. I also had a tech issue trouble getting the remin emails from the site and the office mgr, Veronica, worked with me and their tech folks to get it fixed, in the meantime she sent me emails from her personal address so I could receive the information! I am definitely having Maid on the Spot back for regular cleanings. It is a huge piece of mind to have my home cleaned by a company I trust. I have had other companies over the years that left me feeling like I would never have another cleaning service but MOTS has turned me around so far.

The Maid on the Spot team did a fantastic cleaning in short notice. And even when they couldn't complete the job in one day due to a technical system scheduling issue, they showed up the very next day to finish the job! Both teams were friendly, courteous and did a very thorough cleaning. This was the first time we used Maid on the Spot and we would use them again.

I have been using this company for a while and have to tell you that the people in the office as well as the people who come to my home are simply amazing. I have used other companies in the past and was never happy not once. This company is responsive, professional and thorough. Gia did a fabulous job! Her attention to detail was so appreciated. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other cleaning companies and individual cleaners that were either unreliable or charged a ton for a really poor cleaning job (and we’re not picky!). Maid on the Spot is professional, they contact you immediately for feedback on if the job was done well, and clearly they hire people who make sure they deliver on what the company promises. If you are like me and rely on other’s reviews to hire someone, trust what you read here. They do a great job!

We hired Maid on the Spot to help us get ready for a large party last year. They did such a fantastic job that we hired them again for the same party this year. This time, we did a "deep clean," and it was fantastic. I don't think our house was that clean since the day we moved in. We were so happy that we now have the team come in for regular cleanings, and we love it. As two working parents with two kids, four cats, and almost no free time, it makes a huge difference to have the team at Maid on the Spot help us out!

Incredibly helpful. We had a move in and needed a deep clean unexpectedly. Katie was so helpful on the phone and was able to book us last minute. The team did an awesome job and listened to all of our priorities, also checked in before adding more time. I referred them to my building owner and he is booking them now for future move-in cleaning. Very happy! Also very reasonably priced compared to other companies.

I have been a client of MOTS for the past 7 months. Their cleaners have always been on time and done a phenomenal job. If there has ever been an issue with the final result, they have always come right back the next day to make it right. I have pets, and the girls have always made sure that they were safe and secure during their time in the house. Their prices are very reasonable, and the scheduling tool is great. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

I have been using their services since earlier this year. Every person who comes to my home is terrific! I have a houseful of pets and all of the women are very willing to work around them. As they’re cleaning they focus on what is most important to me then ask if there’s anything else I want done. By the time they’re finished cleaning my house looks and smells great! Maid on the Spot did a great job with our first deep clean. The attention to details in our kitchen and bathrooms was amazing. The team cleaned inside our windows and sills (which get so gross in the city!) and I look forward to having them come back again!

She pays attention to details and is incredibly thorough. I live 3 hours away. It’s nice to know that I can come to my parents’ home and not have to dive into cleaning. It frees me up to do other items that need to be done. Great services! My family highly recommends them.

Wow. I am literally floored by how amazing my MotS experience was. The booking was super simple. Everything is very very clearly outlined on the website, and within a 5-10 minutes phone call I was ready to go. I love being able to add services and change bookings online!

Once the cleaners came, they were so sweet and low-maintenance. They were extremely efficient. The got in and out super fast, without any loss of quality. The deep clean got things that I didn't expect to be cleaned.

So often I'm disappointed by services that it has become just a standard. It's amazing to work with a company that delivers on expectations and promises.

Excellent experience. Customer service was great, & April was our girl. She was wonderful. She was happy & very friendly. She spent a long time on a couple focus-rooms for us for a serious deep clean & she remained pleasant the entire time! We would, for sure, ask for her again!

We hired Maid on the Spot to do a deep clean in a rental unit after the tenant moved out. We had a wonderful experience with their services, all the way from scheduling to the actual cleaning, everyone we encountered was courteous, efficient and had expertise in their area. The 3 ladies who cleaned our apartment were punctual, courteous, efficient in their cleaning and very thorough. They listened to what we wanted to have done and they went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied.
