It's been two years since I first posted, so it's time for an update. I retired earlier this year and am now home when my housekeeper(s) arrive. Getting to meet the MOTS staff assures me more than ever that my home is in good hands! They are friendly, kind, professional, and respectful of me and my home. I head out to run my errands comfortable that my house is in good hands. I stand by my original review which said: Maid on the Spot is by far the best housekeeping service in the Pittsburgh area. I know because I tried and rejected nearly every one of them before I found MOTS. I have been a very satisfied client of theirs for 5+ years now and will never let them go.

We decided to switch to Maid on the Spot after we had been using another company for a while. The quality of our previous cleaner had really started to slip and it wasn’t worth the money. Maid on the Spot has been incredible! We really appreciate the online scheduling and payment. The quality of work is great and the company is very responsive. We’re extremely happy we made the switch!

Cannot say enough positive things about Maid on the Spot. Scheduling was simple - they were able to come to my office quickly. Kelly was amazing!! She alerted me to her approximate arrival time so I could meet her at my office. She was friendly, professional, and attentive. She explained her typical process and got to work. I could not believe the attention to detail and cleaning the floors by hand!!! I was beyond impressed. I am hiring them ongoing for my office and based on their excellent work, will also use them in my home!!!

Maids on the Spot has never disappointed me. I have had three different workers and they have all done an excellent job. Their cleaning has been thorough and efficient. They have all been pleasant and professional and showed they really care about doing a good job. When I finish cleaning my home I think I’ve been very thorough but my work cannot compare to theirs. I highly recommend Maids on the Spot!

I can't rave enough about MOTS and Mackenzie, who did our cleaning yesterday. As a company, their professionalism and communication is second to none, and Mackenzie's quiet efficiency and meticulous attention to detail is terrific. Using a cleaning service is a luxury for us, but MOTS is worth every penny!!!!

We had a post-construction move-in cleaning done by them. Ashley, Lea, Kylie RW and Maddie came in one by one. They were very respectful of our belongings. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. They dusted, vacuumed, moped/wiped surfaces and did a job quicker than initially quoted. As they only charge for the time they actually spent, we ended up with a smaller bill than they had quoted prior to the cleaning. They also gave us a huge discount for recurring cleaning.

I love Maid on the Spot. Carly and Taylor are my favorite. They are very thorough and they are funny too. It's always a treat to have a clean house.
