I had an issue with my Electrolux washer and dryer, and Appliance Pal came to the rescue! Deepak was professional, efficient, and quickly fixed both appliances. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend Appliance Pal for any appliance repairs!

Thank you.

Deepak repaired two appliances, an LG washing machine and a very old fridge. He not only correctly identified the issues and fixed them, but also cleaned and reconditioned them so that they work for many more years to come. He also provided suggestions for things to avoid to prolong the life of the appliances. He was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Deepak from Appliance Pal did a great job fixing our Asko dishwasher! He responded promptly, communicated proactively, and made sure to order the correct parts when the supplier sent the wrong parts. He went above and beyond to make sure our machine was serviced in a timely manner and re-mounted it for us as well.

Quick response when called to get oven fixed. They came next business day had the parts I needed and got it fixed quickly. Also has1 year warranty. Will definitely use them again

Deepak was so wonderful ! Professional and so kind to my slightly obnoxious dogs. Did a wonderful job was so neat. It was a very big repair to our refrigerator. Would highly recommend.

Deepak was very professional from start to finish. I called him because my dryer stopped heating. Deepak is knowledgeable, pleasant, and communicates well. I’ve had several appliances break on me in the past three years. This was by far the best service I’ve received.

Came over same day to fix our freezer that holds thousands of dollars of meat and had it fixed in under an hour. Also gave us a diagnosis for us to fix our food warmer in the future. Great family run business and we will definitely be using in the future!

Deepak arrived on time and diagnosed + resolved the issue in less than 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained the cause and the solution to the issue. I will be using Appliance Pal for all appliance repair needs in the future.

The very best appliance repair service I’ve ever had . Fixed a complicated gas range that others could not ! Highly highly recommended ! Incredible service ! A true pro !

I recently had my Samsung dishwasher repaired by Appliance Pal and I couldn't be happier with the service! I called on Saturday but didn't leave a message, planning to call back on Monday to discuss my problem. However, the owner called me back and we set up an appointment for Monday at 10:30am. The technician was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my dishwasher cycling through all stages, running like new in no time. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend Appliance Pal for any appliance repair needs, whether it's for the kitchen or laundry. No mess, no fuss.

Deepak is truly the best! I had a problem with my microwave. It was a complex fix but he is quite knowledgeable and got it up and running. Just weeks later had a problem with my fridge which again he was able to take care of in no time. He is so kind and personable.

Deepak was very professional and provided excellent services. I will recommend him to anyone. In the future if I need any services I will contact him first.

We appreciate Appliance Pal’s dedication to excellent service. They respond quickly to dispatch requests and handle each job with care, making them a preferred vendor for our network.

Our dishwasher was not performing a full cycle and was giving an error code. Appliance Pal was able to send a tech very quickly. Our tech Deepak was able to immediately identify the issue and work with Bosch to order the correct parts. He put in extra effort to troubleshoot the problem instead of immediately recommending the full replacement of the expensive dishwasher drying system. Deepak was a great tech who was also very friendly. We highly recommend Appliance Pal and Deepak.

Called on Friday about my KitchenAid stand mixer, they called back quick and asked me to drop it off that night. The diagnosis was quick and comprehensive, they called me on Sunday and explained the issue and cost. I picked up the mixer today fully functioning. I highly recommend Appliance Pal.

Great experience from beginning to end!! Deepak was very professional and trustworthy. He told us that due to the multiple issues with our dryer, it would be less expensive to buy a new one instead of fixing it. Not only that, but the service charge was very reasonable. Communication with the office was excellent. We will definitely use Appliance Pal again in the future. Two thumbs up. 🙂🙂🙂

I am so thrilled with the service from Deepak Pal. He is so knowledgeable, kind and provided excellent service. I will definitely use again for any appliance repairs needed.

Dryer had a weird squeaking noise. Requested an appointment online and received confirmation almost instantly. Office rep reached out a few days later to confirm.

Deepak arrived in the provided window and was very thorough in explaining the issue, the steps he would take to fix it and the cost associated. He was able to complete the work quickly and everything is running like new again!

Highly recommend!

Dragged my feet getting my oven fixed. Don't why know why now. Appliance Pal was great in fitting us inti our schedule. The tech Deepak was great with communicating his arrival. Showed and explained exactly what was wrong. He order the part and was back to install working around my schedule again. Would go to again for any future needs.

Deepak was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the gas stove in our new home. Turns out it was operator error but still money well spent with having the peace of mind everything is in good working order. We will definitely call again with any appliance issues, thank you for the help!

Excellent service from start to finish. Deepak is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He is my go-to. He’s helped me several times and I highly recommend him.
