Deepak was very professional and helpful. He was able to solve the problem we were having with our washer. We greatly appreciate the time he spent and his expertise. The price was reasonable especially compared to the price LG was going to charge just to come out, plus we like to support local small businesses! Although Appliance PAL is a small business, the communication felt like you were dealing with a much larger, well-organized company. I appreciated the email and text confirmations after scheduling the appointment, along with a text letting me know the expected arrival time. That level of communication really puts you at ease.

The service itself was prompt, courteous, and professional. The problem was clearly explained, there was no upselling and no pushy behavior, just honest, straightforward service. I was also dealing directly with the owner, which made the experience even better.

My lower oven had been out of commission for a while and then the upper one started to get MUCH hotter than the temperature I set it at, so today I decided to set up an appt with Appliance Pal. And by nightfall my whole range is in fantastic condition, the lower oven is back in business, and once the parts come in my upper oven will have the correct heat output. I am DELIGHTED!

Highly recommend Deepak. He was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through the job. He reconnected the dryer vent properly, checked the internal components, and made sure everything was working safely and correctly before finishing. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right. Fair pricing, honest communication, and solid work. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
