DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT. They sub contract to unknowlegable and unreliable people. They came and measured my bay window twice and still got the size wrong. Then they gave us a new date and no one showed up. You have to deal with multiple people if there is an issue and NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I WILL NEVER EVER USE HONE DEPOT AGAIN. I rather give my money to LOWES or just hire a contractor myself and save the money Hone Depot gets a cut of for literally doing nothing.
I'm writing this review solely on the experience with Doug in the window department. Dougs customer service and knowledge of windows is second to knowone. I asked every question, sometimes twice. He gave accurate detailed answers that where in my best interest, his answers started and finished with a smile. He cares, and he just met me. Doug is a diamond in the rough, far and few between. Look for Doug if your an inexperienced homeowner, or seasoned contractor like myself looking to open a new door. Thanks Doug! My customer is thrilled with how the anderson windows came out. We will be doing business for a long time with Doug and the woodhaven Home Depot window department.
