I’ve had such a positive experience with Green Air Concepts! I was having issues with my air conditioning. I called to make an appointment and they were able to be out in 2 days. Duane was great! He explained everything in a way that I understood. I ended up needing a whole new system. The guys who put in the system were great! Duane also came out to address questions and concerns that I had after the system was put in. I plan on using this company for all my air conditioning and heating needs and have already recommended them to other people.

Extremely satisfied with today’s same-day service. My tech, Janmartel, was very direct and didn’t need much information before fixing the issue with our hot water heater. Great experience as always.

During this snow storm I lost my heat …the inside temperatures reached first day 50-53 F max, my 9 year old furnace was not heating, tried some technicians but repairs were expensive…outside temperature were single digits…Green Air Concepts was referred by one of my friend for new HVAC installation, The Owner Duane came for estimate, he quoted the best price, so immediately i said yes, his team was hear next day, morning at 7.30 am and got the full job done in 4-5 hours…his team and Duane both did an excellent job, no complaints…the best part They HEAR you…i recommend them…

The owner is very professional. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. When it was time to install my new oil burner the crew was so nice and professional as well. If I could give more stars I would. I would recommend them anytime. You will not be disappointed. I forgot to add the receptionist is amazing as well! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Our existing Rheem AC and Furnace were almost 25 years old so we were on borrowed time. To their credit, they still worked well and never required any serious repair. Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said about our chimney, which would’ve required costly and extensive renovating to operate safely. We decided it was more cost effective to upgrade the HVAC to a high efficiency system instead.
Duane came out to assess our situation and provided me with several alternative proposals. Going into this I dreaded to hear the numbers, but much to my surprise, the differential between the standard model and high efficiency wasn’t too steep. Even better, they offered several financing packages to alleviate the stress of any large home improvement project.
After deciding on the best proposal, the team was out within a couple of weeks to do the install. Everything was done within a day. New system looks/sounds/works great! Looking forward to the impact to my bills in the middle of summer/winter and peace of mind not having to worry about our old system giving out in the middle of a heat wave/deep freeze.

Duane and his crew are just a pleasure to work with. They put in extra time and really have a personal touch. Everything went swimmingly & we are thrilled with the new system! They even installed a new wire to our thermostat so we can run the fan independently and solved an issue with one of our vents that was on the main stack rather than properly zoned. Great friendly crew that knew what they were doing and conscientious of customers property! Had 3 other well known companies out that never bothered to submit estimate due to not having knowledge how to install Heat Pump in Birch Pointe Condominiums! Green Air Concepts came highly recommended from a neighbor in community that recently had their unit replaced with Dwayne!!

We have fallen in love with Green Air Concepts. From start to finish they were prompt, professional and reliable. Our furnace broke and Duane was able to get one of his guys out in an hour to sort out the problem. They were going to help fix the issue the next day even with a blizzard but the warehouse they source parts from was closed. Not a problem because they came first thing next morning to make sure our heat was up and running again. We will definitely use them again for future heating and cooling needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

A Holiday Lifesaver!

We had an issue with our heating system over the holiday and went into full panic mode, thinking we were about to face the cost of a whole new system. We called Green Air Concepts, and they responded with an emergency visit right away.

To our surprise, the technician quickly identified the problem it was something simple! A filter change and a quick relay cleaning were all we needed. Dan the technician was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to teach us what happened and how to avoid it in the future.

The best part? The cost for the emergency visit was next to nothing. We were relieved, grateful, and honestly impressed by their honesty and professionalism.

I've had other companies perform maintenance on my furnace and attempt to tell me why my heating and cooling was costing me so much. However, the team at Green Air Concepts took the most thorough look at my entire system (furnace, A/C, and ducts) and was able to diagnose the issue.Their assessment has made the most sense so far and they gave me multiple options to consider to fix the issues based on my budget and needs.

Once we agreed on a plan, the techs who performed the initial service (installation of a ductless mini-split system) were very professional, and they did excellent work. I'm very impressed with this company and I plan to stick with them for future projects and maintenance.

I was referred to Green Air Concepts by a friend when our hot water heater stopped working. They were incredibly responsive, and fit us into the schedule the next day to install a new unit. The technician was on time, professional, and friendly and had us back up and running in a couple of hours. Our usual HVAC service company quoted us a much higher price for the service, so I feel fortunate that we were connected to Air Concepts. Highly recommend using them!

Deuane is a life savor i needed a new heater for my grand parents house in this article weather we are having. He didn’t hesitate to make it happen on the same day . Jorge and Lionel were excellent they arrived fast and got right to work. We had Green Air Concepts come out today to check on our HVAC unit which hasn't been serviced in quite awhile. They checked it out and gave us honest feedback (that while a little old, system was running OK). It's this kind of honesty that is sometimes hard to find, but it will earn them my long-time loyalty and referrals to others. The service tech, Marquel (sp.?) was thorough and excellent.
