The Charles Friel company has done an excellent job with the cleaning and sanitation at the Bala Cynwyd Plaza. The improvements in cleanliness are noticeable, and the plaza feels much more inviting now. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional work of Ana Luisa, one of their employees, who always goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stand out, making a big difference in maintaining the high standards of the plaza.

Weed wacked live plants and flowers multiple times, weed wacked my cars front grill, and weedwacked my grill cover apart. Didn't even actually weedwack the edging itself. Management was advised multiple times. No attention to detail, and my 10 year old nephew could do a better job. No one answers the phone in the office. If you are considering a contract, there are many other local options to save yourself the headache.
