Every interaction, from the first phone call to request service to the completion of the repair of my oven was stellar. I can’t give enough stars or speak highly enough about Dolan’s and especially about Andy, who went above and beyond to help get my 22 year old oven back working!! These guys are the best!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would the technician had me waiting for over 5 months to get my dishwasher repaired. I was told it needed a part and it would take time. My initial call was April 21 2021. He didn't call or follow up. I called in July to find out the status he came back July 25th after my complaints., stayed for 5 minutes said he needed something else and would be right back and here we are in September with no communication. I even tried to prepay to make the process faster to no avail. The crazy thing is the problems he stated weren't even the bad and I found someone on Angis List who came out the same night got the party from Lowes and I'm all fixed. This company is terrible!

I am continuously impressed with Dolan's appliance service. I have had several of the technicians come out to my home and they are always very knowledgeable, professional, and efficent! My experience with booking appointment has always been positive as the woman who does the scheduling is very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Dolan's!

ALERT: G& I is NOT Dolan's Appliance. Dolan's is an old, established and respected company. G&I is not affiliated at all, in fact they are a SCAM. The below is a review of G &I, not Dolan's. Dolan's deserves a five star review. But PLEASE beware that G&I is a scam.

I don't really ever post reviews. But I am so disappointed in the way this company operated, I have to post. Our dryer vent needed cleaning. Two men came quickly, the same day - which was great! However, they said the fee for DRYER vent cleaning was 700.00??!! I negotiated them down to 350.00. I am embarrassed to say that, as we all know that it's advertised everywhere for 99.00. It gets worse though. They didn't clean the inside of the machine! And they broke our fence when trying to get to the vent. They haven't returned my messages and refuse to take accountability. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and hope that someone reads my review and doesn't get taken like I did. It's an awful feeling.

We Have used Dolan’s service for years . They are accommodating, professional and knowledgable . Andy who has serviced our appliances for years is truly the most engaging , mature , hardest working young man we have met in a long time .He understands the mechanical aspect of the appliances and is really so smart. He takes such pride in his work. He really is wonderful! We feel very blessed to have him working on our appliances .

Andy came with the right part based on my description of the issue; their rate structure is transparent and was provided on the phone. Highly recommended.

Contacted Dolan Appliance Service about repairing my dryer which suddenly failed to start. I had already ruled out a number of the possible problems. I was ultimately told to buy a new dryer by a so-called tech who had not even been out to diagnose the appliance. The problem turned out to be the timer switch, a 5 minute fix and a $60 part. Even with labor, Dolan could have saved a less technically inclined person a few hundred dollars versus buying a new dryer. If you aren't willing to at least make the minimal effort, why are you in business? In short, call anyone else if you actually want service.

Called to repair a 7 year old Bosch 800 series dishwasher. Error code E15, Water tap. The technician was able to get to me the same day and had the parts needed on his truck. Had the job done in about an hour. Very thorough and cleaned up after he finished. The pricing was reasonable. Will definitely use Dolan's in the future.

I called them for help with pulling some event history from my Kohler 38RCL generator because they are close to my home within 16 miles. They said they would not help me because I am not one of their customers. They were very rude and standoffish. I don't know why I was treated like this and I even offered to begin as a new customer. But they would still not help me. I spoke to Donna and she was outright rude to me. Then I spoke to the owner and he was the same way to me. I do not recommending working with this group.

The McClelland team are true professionals. They always show respect for our home ... they have knowledge of all kinds of fixtures and issues ... very prompt service ... good pricing. I know when they come to my door that my electrical problems are solved.

The absolute best. Our painter recommended Glenn McClelland and his team after another electrician bailed on us at the last minute for a major job. McClelland stepped up and did amazing work for us at an incredibly fair price (especially knowing that we were in a bind). All of the guys were friendly and professional, and I trusted them to be in my house for a few weeks. Over the past year, they have helped us with smaller projects as well. They come when they say they will, do the work, clean up afterward, and charge a reasonable fee. These are good guys who are invested in their communities and I’m really grateful that we found them.
