Next by taking initiative to weather proof parts that were outside the scope of the estimate and resulting in significant extra time required. And lastly by showing up on his days off to finish up the work. Would definitely do biz with Alex again.

We had Piazza Property Pros upgrade a dated brick walkway entrance to our house and replace a brick patio with a stamped concrete patio. Whenever you sign up with a company to do work on your house, you don’t know how it might turn out. We were more than pleased with the workmanship of the GREAT guys that did the work. They worked very hard and had exceptional attention to detail. They clearly cared about the quality of their work and functioned as an awesome team. My back hurt just watching them! They prepped the base layer for the concrete and very carefully stamped it and got it all set for final finishing. The walkway base was also meticulously prepared and the bricks were expertly cut, including some tricky curves. The walkway and patio turned out better than we expected. They also took great care to landscape the area that was disturbed. They added new topsoil and planted grass to make sure the structures flowed well with the existing lawn. I highly recommend the workmanship of this company.

Recently I had a Landscape Project I thought I could accomplish by myself. It was to cover a hill with some kind of low maintenance ground cover. Also wanted to have the top of the hill ridge planted with some Evergreen Tree’s. I became overwhelmed after seeing so many different ground covers and trees to select from. It was then I knew I needed a lot of help; this job was to much for me. I decided to contact a Landscape Contractor. After reading reviews supplied by others, I chose Piazza Property Pros to do the work. This review is about Alex Strohm, the landscape pro Piazza Property Pros sent to discuss my landscape project.

Alex spent time with me discussing various ways to accomplish my goal. Alex was extremely helpful explaining the differences between ground covers, growing zones, upkeep maintenance, and costs. His landscape knowledge base was amazing. He asked me an array of questions in what I wanted before presenting an approach. He explained in terms I understood about plant selections, growth rates and watering requirements so I would understand just what I was getting into. Always asking me questions so he could understand my goals. No doubt about it, Alex knows his Landscaping job well and will go out of his way too. satisfy your requirements to meet any of your project needs. He is honest, understanding, patient and wants you to be completely satisfied when the job is done. My project is completed and I’m completely satisfied with his work accomplishent. I especially liked his follow-up weeks after completion to see if I was still satisfied. My hill is beautiful and I am completely satisfied and the costs were very reasonable, all thanks to Alex Strohm.

The Piazza team did an awesome job on our patio and pool renovation. It was no small task and they handled it with ease. Jim was easy to work with and any concerns or questions were addressed quickly by him or his crew, who were also great. Piazza also handled the landscaping. We get compliments on both.

We started the hardscape/landscape project in late December, so weather played a role in getting the masonry done in the time expected, but the crew was exceptional working every day that was possible and it turned out beautiful. The landscaping crew worked just as hard when it came time to implement with difficult prep work needing to be done before any plantings could commence, and again, it was an awesome experience. Any changes were received without hesitation and at the end of each day, our property was cleaned up better than it was found. We felt the price was fair, but the value was definitely worth it!

My husband and I used Piazza Property Pros 5 years ago to do a large landscaping project at our house. We were very happy with the results and knew they'd be the company to call once we were ready to renovate our backyard. Jim was quick to respond and came out to give us ideas and provided a detailed estimate within a few days. It was initially a bit too high but we discussed a few things and he was able to bring the cost down to fit our budget. The project entailed removing a large flagstone patio while addressing our erosion problem. We wanted a large Trex deck off the back of the house with a bottom level paver patio and sidewalk. The end result is beautiful! We love our new deck and patio. The craftsmanship and level of detail are excellent. Jim and Alex were quick to respond with any questions or concerns through the entire process. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had Piazza Property Pros install a new post and rail fence on our property, and couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was incredibly polite and clean throughout the entire installation process. They worked efficiently and completed the project in less than a week, which was impressive. Piazza was great to work with. They delivered a high quality product that we were very pleased with. The crew is amazing! We had a lot of particular requests (swim machine, outdoor shower etc) that were highly customized, and they worked with us to accommodate all.
After the project was finished, we had a small issue with a gas line and Jim came out to fix himself at no charge. That's service!
Liz in the office is very accessible and responsive. Their prices were competitive!

Piazza just finished a job replacing a wood deck with Cambridge ledge stone pavers along side my pool. It turned out terrific, but even more than that every step of the way Jim and his crew were professional and met every request. Jim was always available to communicate. Absolutely recommended! Jim and his entire team were awesome. He did a great job gently removing and reinstalling 3 new skimmer boxes on our pool as well as installing a new heater. He himself came back a few times to check things out when I had questions about our pool heater that he installed. He also sent his technicians just to make sure of things. True professional! He and his team know their stuff and they get back to you. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a family business either!

I had an issue with water getting up against the foundation of my house during heavy rains, and flooding a basement window well... and getting into the basement. I made a "homeowner's fix, of putting a little sump pump in the well, inside a 5 gallon bucket with holes in it, to pump the water out before it came in through the window. It worked... but just barely. So... I needed to get the water away from the house completely. I looked around, and called Piazza to come out and take a look at what we could do. They put in drains, underground piping and tanks, and a gravel filled water channel to divert what the drains could not handle. Since they completed... the window well has been bone dry through several storms. Dan and his team were very helpful, professional, and did a great job. I would not be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Jim makes sure that everything is done to the highest standard. Guys worked weekends to make up for weather they couldn't control and gave their all. Jim is onsite to over see and since completing answers any question we come up with and finishes every detail. Our family is loving it!
