HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It's hard to overstate how meaningful this transformation has been for us, but let me try.

Project: deck teardown and rebuild, including a covered section with fireplace (up top) as well as a pool lounge (below). This included excavation, installing hardscapes, framing and building a new deck, under decking installation, removing/reattaching siding, roofing, building bar/counters, electrical, and a bunch else I'm sure I'm forgetting.

We had spoke to a few different designers/contractors but ultimately decided to go with Piazza and it couldn't have been a better decision. Up front, they were competitive on price (we didn't want the cheapest) and they came to the table with 3D renderings, great vision and ready to go to work asap. We felt really good going into the project and they over delivered on our expectations.

The project took about 15 weeks, and they were finished by February (we were going for Memorial Day!). Excellent communication throughout, workers cared a lot about their craftsmanship and any "concerns" were always accepted with an open mind and a commitment to excellence.

Once again, I can't recommend Jim and his team highly enough. They care a lot and it showed throughout the process. Lots of happy memories in the making here, thanks everyone!

We had a patio put on 4 years ago by Ppp which was very well done. This year I had a deck built by a friend and there was a 4 by 15ft area of the patio that needed to be replaced to meet the new deck. Ppp told me the brick company we used 4 yrs ago no longer sold the brick in that color. Ppp went through a lot of time and effort to locate another brick co that could match the original color that we were satisfied with. We were very appreciative and thankful for there extended effort. We had Piazza work on a fairly large project for us, which involved removing a huge 16.5"x40" wooden deck as well as a concrete slab underneath it and then building a beautiful paver patio with the same dimensions of the old deck. I can't help but give them 5 stars for a few specific reasons:

-The price for the overall project was a bit higher than other quotes we received, but the end result absolutely justifies that. The quality of work and workmanship was well worth the cost as we know this patio is built to last and remain beautiful for many years to come.

-The team who handled the project was absolutely exceptional and kept us in the know/advised us around every challenge we faced. Matt Delaney was the sales engineer and he honestly sold us on choosing Piazza for the project. Jose, Alfredo and Johnathan were the crew who were onsite every day first thing in the morning until the very end of the day. They were kind and knowledgeable, and most importantly, accommodating, as we had a few change orders added toward the last few days. Liz Piazza was also very communicative and responsive to any questions/calls I had leading up to the start of the project and after it's completion. Jim Piazza even called me to ensure everything was to our satisfaction after the final day, and I just really appreciated the genuine care that was conveyed throughout the entire project lifecycle.

-The final product turned out to be a masterpiece and we are thrilled with how the Piazza crew made our vision become a reality. Despite there being some heavy-duty machinery coming in and out of our yard over the course of the project, the team cleaned up everyday and essentially made the yard look like new with a few rolls of sod at the very end. They absolutely left our house better than they found it.

-The timing for the start of the project couldn't have been better. They were able to start a week prior to their projected start date (4/8) and finished less than 3 weeks later just in time for us to open our pool. Understandably, this was simply due to luck, but it definitely contributed to the overall positive experience we had working with Piazza.

All that to say, we will have a few more hardscaping projects in the queue and will look to Piazza first when we are ready to get started!

Cesar and Ricardo went above and beyond in building our backyard deck. We particularly appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness-- they work on a project until they feel like they have gotten it right. They were here first thing in the morning and worked really hard until the project was complete to their satisfaction. We really trust their workmanship and judgement.

From permitting to scheduling, it was refreshing to work with a company that had an office team (Liz) that was available and helpful. We rethought some aspects of the design mid-way through the project and Jim was fair, accessible, and willing to accommodate.

We have used Piazza Property Pros for years! When we moved into our house( which I grew up in ), our wooded property had been unattended, and was COVERED in pachysandra, and brush so thick it felt/looked like a jungle. It is so vastly different with them at the helm! They have cleaned it up( and continue to yearly ), and we couldn’t be happier!
