Called Horizon for an urgent issue with my boiler heating system. Tim came out quickly and assessed the problems. Major work is scheduled and yet to be completed next week, but another leak got worse and I needed them to return the same day to fix it, or I would be without heat/water this weekend. Travis came out for the emergency repair, and I should be Ok until the scheduled work gets done shortly. Both technicians were great and good to work with. I truly appreciate Horizons responsiveness and reliability. Thanks Tim & Travis.

We had Anthony come service our oil boiler and he was great. Very nice and courteous. My only reason for taking away one star is because we had this service scheduled for earlier in the season and horizon had to cancel. We wish we could’ve gotten it done before we turned our heater on. But all is well, and Anthony did a great job.

Our svc technician James Moran was excellent. We recently moved into our house and scheduled a maintenance visit. Since we are learning about the house and existing systems, we had a ton of questions, and James patiently and thoroughly explained everything to us. Appreciate his professionalism and diligence.

Matt was very helpful and informative. We appreciated his efforts to search for our warranty and to inform us of what was needed to fix our system. He also made timelines and cost clear. We had a great experience our first time with this company and this technician.

Tim and Makaih arrived promptly at 7:30 AM to install my Goodman heat pump. It was pouring raining and windy So it was going to be a challenging day. They installed a tent outside over the heat pump so they could work on it in the pouring rain and they put mats down all over my floor and kept my house as neat As possible. They kept a smile on their face throughout the whole day, even though the weather was horrible. They were very professional and courteous To me.
The installation was a 10 hour process and it went very smoothly. They informed me along the way as to what they were doing. The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. I would recommend Horizon for all your HVAC needs.

If I could give this company no stars I would. They came to service our heat last week- changed our wireless thermostat to a hard wired thermostat, despite me telling them that was not the issue (and it is also a downgrade), and charged us almost $550. The heat shut off 28 minutes later and back to the phone i went. They then told me no one could come until the next day. Came back out, found a new problem, ordered a part, came back out a week after to replace that part, came home to no heat again and argued for over an hour to have them back out as my house was 56 degrees (with 3 small children here). They finally came back and claimed they didn't “plug the part in”. Came home yesterday to no heat again over 2 hours on the phone being transferred to be told by manager that he lived in NJ and it was 6 on a Friday so he wouldn't come out to fix it. With no choice we went to a hotel for our kids. We have hired a lawyer and plan to take legal action against this company . They also advertise 24/7 emergency services- but wont come to a house for the 5th time at 7pm on a Friday to fix a problem they charged for but haven't fixed yet. Not sure what is more emergency than kids not having heat in temperatures below zero, but maybe I am biased. Feel free to contact me for more- and also for a recommendation for a company that actually knows what they are doing, and will stand by their work no matter how inconvenient it is. .

James Morton was fantastic. Furnace tune-up was thorough and he explained everything to me. Would definitely have him come back in the spring for the AC unit. James is a true professional and should be valued very highly as a Horizon employee.

Fantastic experience! We had never used this company before today. Our heat went out this morning and their technician James Brooks came same day!! He had it back up and running in no time! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained the issue so I could understand. Will most definitely use again and will be requesting James if he's available!

Our heating system failed on a weekend in January. Horizon Services were very responsive and sent an excellent technician who made it work temporarily. He contacted his office who arranged for a consultant to come the same day to take measurements and make an offer for a complete replacement Heating and A/C system. Within two days a team arrived and installed the new system. The team worked very hard and installed the new system including ducts modifications in one day. I would highly recommend Horizon Services for Heating and A/C systems to friends and family.

I have been with Horizon for over 15 years. Horizon had installed my Furnace and Central Air. I had them service both units each year.
At one time a really great company. Over last 2 years, not so much. The latest poor performance I am still living. My furnace has been down for a week. Tech came said he had to order parts and I would get a call in no more than 2 days. Suffice to say, no call. I call and was told I would call back within 2 hours. No call. Next day I call and the very polite woman said she, personally, would speak with warehouse and she would call back. No call. One week later, I have spoken with 7 people and NO callback/no parts and we have no heat during very cold weather. Finally tech calls me, as he was suppose to be at my home when he called, and they ordered the wrong parts! He stated he would call me by 11.00AM today…..NO CALL. I called today and person very sympathetic and transferred me to dispatch….18 mins later and no one picks up. Call back and another very sympathetic person is going to transfer me to supv in dispatch and hangs up the call.
Bottom line, one week and no heat, no call back and no idea how long for repair. So after 15 years I am going with a different company.

I had a new Heat Pump installed in July 2025. Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems. It is unacceptable to have all these problems with a brand new heater that cost me $14,000. I decided to get a new heater because my heater was 30 years old and I did not want it to break down in the middle of winter. I feel like telling them to come and take it out and Return my money. At this point, I am still not sure how I’m going to proceed with this problem.

I had a tech come out on Friday, February 13 his name was James Morton, A very nice person he got my heater running correctly. The blower now turns off. He was very kind and courteous to explain things to me what he was doing. I don’t feel as though the service technicians are the problem with my system. I feel as though all these problems started from when it was installed.

My tech John was great. The service was convenient, and we had an appointment the very next day. He made sure he explained everything and listened to our concerns. Always pleased with Horizon.

Excellent service all around. Issue resolved within 30 hours of contacting Horizon. Easy to set the appointment online. Thorough and pleasant customer service to confirm appointment, purpose, and location of the house. Technician arrived promptly, ready to diagnose and resolve. Courteous, personable, professional, informative. Heat restored and a more reliable thermostat installed. Thank you!!

Jason showed me what he was doing as he performed our maintenance service so I understood what was going on. He also quickly figured out an issue that was causing the problem that we originally called for. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him as a tech for Horizon Services.

Jason Brooks is amazing! He came to my house today to unclog my bathroom sink. He immediately put his shoe covers on at the front door. He was very kind, he explained and showed what he was doing. He was very pleasant, professional and informative. If anyone ever needs plumbing services please CALL HORIZON SERVICES FIRST!!

Daniel provided excellent services. He was professional throughout the entire service appointment. He discussed the annual meetings plan with us. He also gave us an estimate on a humidifier. He provided all of the paperwork and photographs of everything that he did during the service visit today. I would highly recommend Daniel and Horizon

Horizon came through when all others failed! I had soot build up and couldn't run my furnace! Horizon came out before the snow storm (blizzard warning), to get us back up and running. Not only was the HVAC guy informative and polite, Matt did an excellent job servicing my unit. The pricing was fair and definitely worth every penny we will definitely continue to utilize Horizon now and in the future. I highly recommend Horizon for your furnace heaters maintenance and repairs.

Mr. Leon Loveless came yesterday to do a follow up visit and he was amazing. He was super professional, caring, he took the time to explain everything in detail but most importantly, he fixed the issue immediately. I can tell he’s very experienced and knowledgeable in what he does. His sense of humor was a plus!!

Ben Carns and his team of 4 were like the Band of Brothers! They were timely, efficient, friendly, patient and decent techs. We had them install two Daikin heat and ac systems installed today, and they function perfectly. I would highly recommend Horizon and its crew.

We had a terrific experience with Horizon. Their technician David Darinsig was outstanding, one of the best technicians we have ever had. He was extremely professional and performed a thorough examination, going above and beyond. His repair of our water heater was efficient and exactly what we needed. Most of all, he was very personable and engaging, making the experience very pleasant. Overall I would give him 5+ stars and we will always request him for our future service calls.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about my heating system. He was able to diagnose the problem within a couple of minutes. The price was reasonable. Just a great experience and will definitely use this company in the future.
