Had a finicky washing machine that was doing some weird stuff. Lamine came, figured out what the problem was, and returned 2 days later with the part. 10 minutes later, washing machine is working better than the condition it was when we arrived in our rental. I'd absolutely contact them again for anything!

The igniter on my oven went out just a few days before Thanksgiving. Laz from BBM appliances came out the next day. He was super friendly, super professional and got my oven working in no time. I’d use him again for future needs!

Technician came day 1, checked what he could, all of which was okay. He needed a different technician with equipment to test the integrity of the sealed system, known to be a problem on LG refrigerators. The next morning the second technician arrived before 10AM, performed the testing, advised me of my options, and made recommendations. Both technicians were very professional, communicated clearly and in detail, left everything spotless. I give my highest recommendation to this company

My garbage disposal dropped out of my sink. Lamine came the next day and was able to fix everything at the lowest cost possible. Very nice and helpful. I will be calling them again!

Our refrigerator went out yesterday and I found Best Appliance Repair on-line late last night and it was extremely easy to navigate and make our service appointment for the next day (today). Lamine was our technician and he texted when he was on the way. He was on time and very professional, courteous and kind. He has to come back once the refrigerator part comes in, he expects to have us up and running on Tuesday. This was one of the best service calls we’ve had. 🤞🏽for the part coming in timely and hopefully a seamless repair. I definitely will be a return customer.

Laz was great, super fast, friendly, buuut I just realized he didn’t screw our dishwasher back in, he did however pocket the screws to do so.
Update: he brought the screws back n helped us resolve the issue

My refrigerator broke on a Sunday. I called the same day and got an appointment for Monday morning. The technician arrived within the time window provided when I called to make the appointment, and gave me a call when he was about 25 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within a half hour and I felt the fee charged was reasonable. My refrigerator works great now and I will absolutely use the same service if any of my appliances break in the future.
