Lamine was professional, friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend. He came to look at our washer and knew right away what the problem was.

Laz was very polite. He diagnosed the problem quickly and very clearly laid out the options I had to repair the dishwasher. He recommended the option with my best interests at heart as it resulted in my not spending more money with them.

Speedy, efficient and professional service!!!! I called for dryer repair on Friday morning and Laz (tech) came out Friday afternoon, diagnosed problem, ordered needed part and returned Saturday, early afternoon to install and repair. Excellent service!!! I would highly recommend!

LAZ telephoned me to come out earlier then expected which was great. Very professional and was able to diagnose and fix my oven in 30 minutes. Would recommend and use again. Fair pricing as well.

Fantastic experience. My initial request for service was answered quickly. The service charge was explained up front. I was not sure if our refrigerator could be fixed, it’s 11 years old. The service appointment was made for just a few days later. Up Tech called to confirm the appointment. they arrived on time, were very professional, expired the problem and cost to fix the fridge before he did any work. The work site was left clean and they take Apple Pay. I’m grateful we did not need to buy another refrigerator. We would use Up Tech again.

lamine was great. He made sure he diagnosed what the problem was. The refrigerator was ok but the electric outlet wasn’t working. He made sure I was connected to electric with an extension cord until I can an electrician come to fix the outlet.
