This is my second large project by Sastre Construction, and it came out beautifully. My former boring bathroom is now spa-like and relaxing. The guys (Dan, Shawn/Sean??Angel, Alex, Geraldo, Juan (if I've forgotten anyone, I apologize) did an amazing job. Some days, they worked well into the evening to get things done and came on numerous Saturdays to stay on schedule. They handled my chaotic household (kids, pets, visitors. They dealt with my indecisiveness on some things (the vanity light & mirror), my stubbornness on others (the floor to ceiling glass block window) gave alternative ideas when what I envisioned was not possible (a pivoting shower door) and made the suggestion to open the ceiling above the tub once they saw what was possible.

We had a great experience working with (Dann) Sastré Construction and his team. They were punctual, professional, courteous and genuinely pleasant to work with. They consistently maintained a clean workspace and offered valuable suggestions that assisted with the design and were willing to go the extra mile, making the process smooth and low stress.

They finished our small
gameroom and laundry room (basement) remodel (complete gut) within five days of the estimated completion date, showcasing their efficiency and commitment to timelines. We absolutely recommend Sastré Construction, for any remodeling project. Thank you for a job well done!

There’s not a single bad thing I can say about my experience with Sastre Construction.
As a real estate agent, it’s literally my job to scrutinize homes and spot every little flaw so when it comes to work on myown house, my standards are sky high. I’ve had more than my fair share of disappointing experiences with contractors in the past, so I was cautiously optimistic when I hired Sastre Construction to build a very large patio across the back of my home.
Every evening after the crew left, I’d walk outside and jot down a list of concerns, but every time the owner, Dann came by for our check-ins, every single item had already been addressed. It was like he was reading my mind and completing things before I even said a word.
The attention to detail, the top-notch quality, and the patience with my (admittedly a little over-the-top) anxiety were incredible. Dann truly went above and beyond including chasing a groundhog out of my yard with a hose one day. I’m not even kidding.
Every member of the crew was respectful, highly skilled, punctual, and focused. They completed the job in under 2.5 weeks and the final result was even better than I imagined. I honestly can’t wait to start my next project with them.

Dann and his team recently completed a two story addition and whole home remodel of our old home in Mt. Lebanon. It was a difficult addition due to the limited access to the back of the house which many contractors would not even consider. Dann wasn't intimidated and just did it. These guys are the hardest workers I've ever dealt with. The finished product turned out just beautiful! It's like a whole new house for our family! Dann is a great guy and very proud of his work and makes sure it is done right. Of course, there were weather and other issues which turned up and Dann was constantly in contact with us and offered cost-effective alternatives. I highly recommend Dann and his team for any home remodeling/addition projects.

EDIT 8/2025: Highly recommended AGAIN!!!! We discovered wet carpeting in our basement which was the result of a leak in the main water valve that caused more damage than we could see. We didn't hesitate and contacted Dann. Dann and his guys demo'd, remediated, painted and cleaned up everything. He also installed a new kitchen oven hood and backsplash. Everything turned out beautiful as usual! If you want something done right at a reasonable cost, Dann is your guy.

Dann and his guys did an incredible job putting on an entire 2nd floor addition on our cape cod house! They worked so hard in the middle of winter to quickly put on a new roof! We ended up adding on to the project and gutting our first floor and I absolutely love the my kitchen and dining room. Dann was always available to meet with me whenever I had questions and also eased my concerns throughout the project! We love our house now and so grateful for Dann and his crew!

Dann and his crew recently did some cosmetic and interior work on our home. We had them come in add character to our home with molding, completely new paint job from ceiling to baseboards, new doors and fixtures to bring this old farmhouse feel to a more traditional homey vibe! THEY NAILED IT!

Almost everyday i had to leave before they were finished for kids activities and i was amazed at when we returned home for the evening how clean it would be. Not only were they so professional, transparent with hiccups that came up throughout the project but did an amazing job of still make this living space clean throughout the duration of the job. We will absolutely be calling them back for future projects to come!
