I’ve used Mark Allen several times and each experience has been great. I’ve had thermostat replacement, toilets unclogged, bathroom plumbing replaced, and a relief valve related to my boiler replaced. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Will, the HVAC technician from Mark Allen, performed the winter maintenance on my HVAC system. Will also reprogrammed my thermostat to connect all off the accessory components to the unit. My experience with Mark Allen has been very positive; since I initiated a maintenance program five years ago. It is comforting to know that you can get assistance in an emergency and not have to worry about the quality of the work.

We had a leak out of our exterior siding everytime we used the bathtub. We were very concerned, John N and Cory W from Mark Allen did an amazing job working with us to diagnose plan and repair the issue. They figured out a way to minimize damage and really cared about the job. They stopped halfway through to go get more insulation to properly fill an area that we would have never noticed had they decided not to mention it. We will be using this company in the future for all of our complicated home repairs. Thanks guys!

I needed part of my main sewer stack replaced due to a large crack. John B gave me a honest and fair quote and began working on the project the next day. The work performed was done in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend John B and the team at Mark Allen!

Our furnace thermostat failed this am (coldest day of year) called Mark Allen, got an appointment same day. Will found the problem immediately and fixed the issue. Will was professional, friendly, skillful and we will use Mark Allen in the future and of course ask for Will. He is 5 stars!

Jesse arrived within the scheduled time quoated, stared to wirk on the problem sink drain clog. Completed the work that had be done, explained what had to be done, completed the work and cleaned up when the work was completed. Very pleased with the work that Jesse performed and the profession manner that he showed. this is the first time that I used Mark Allen Plumbing and if I ever need to have additional work performed they will be the first company I call.

Did appointment online for next day service. They were actually closed for the 31st and 1st for new years and they called me before the scheduled time to let me know and were only taking emergencies. Since it was an emergency they still came and took care of my problems in a quick and professional manner. Do recommend for all you plumbing needs. Thanks Jon our technician

We have use mark allen for the last five years. They are wonderful people. Our furnace went out on a tues morning they were here before 12pm the plumbers that came were Carl an Neil. We needed a new furnace and they did everything in there power to take care of us. The installers were just as kind clean pleasant and very knowledgeable. We recently had a frozen pipe so that our second floor shower/tub was not working. When we called Mark Allen Plumbing, the receptionist, Renee, was extremely nice and helpful. She got us an appointment within a couple of hours of the phone call. Then, Jon Stapas and Cory White showed up. They were polite and professional and found and analyzed the problem immediately. They got the water going again and offered several possible solutions for insulation that we could pursue to avoid future issues. We would highly recommend the company (and these guys in particular) to anyone.

I called Mark Allen on Monday, and they had their technician out to the property, Tuesday, morning at 8:30am. I was truly impressed with the quick response and the quality of work. The technician was Jason Gellen. Jason did a fantastic job and turned in required paperwork to the Municipality of Bethel Park, PA that same day. The Municipality Inspector, Tim said he will go out to job site this week, inspect the job, and expects to sign it off, that same day. Our commercial property is in contract to sell, and the fast response is greatly appreciated. Jason is a Pro and so is, the Mark Allen Company.

Jonathan Stapas from Mark Allen was terrific - explained everything really clearly, and worked very efficiently, completing a complex set of plumbing tasks much sooner than expected. It's great to have our water flow back to normal.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with Mary Allen Plumbing Services. Today we had issues with our laundry tub drain and Joshua took care of the problem. He was professional, thorough and fix the problem. He was social and friendly. I highly recommend Mark Allen Services. We have been using them for over 5 years and have never been dissatisfied with their work.

10/10. Woke up to a freezing house, Mark Allen sent a tech within 2 hours and the house was warm again within 3 hours. Our tech William Hart was very great and knowledgeable and even walked my fiancé through what he was doing so we would have more knowledge of our furnace. Thank you! Absolutely amazing experience with Mark Allen! I called after normal business hours and a tech was at my house within an hour. William Hart was great! He explained the issue to me and was knowledgeable and kind. Could not recommend them enough! Will be calling them for all of my HVAC needs.

I recently had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Mark Allen Plumbing in Bethel Park, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Mike did most of the installation, with Alex providing great support, and they both went above and beyond my expectations.

When I suddenly had no hot water, they showed up the very next day to make a quick correction, working tirelessly until 6:30 PM to ensure I had hot water that evening. Later, when a minor setting issue popped up, they were back at 8:30 the next morning to promptly resolve it. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was outstanding.

Jon was great! Neeed help with an issue on my faucet. He recommended I reach out to the manufacturer to see what warranty options were available. The faucet will be replaced under warranty. I never would have thought to do that without Jon suggesting it. He helped save me hundreds of dollars and I appreciate it.

I have used Mark Allen Plumbing for a number of years mostly because I have found them to always do high quality work. This week, when I shut off my outside water for the winter, there was a small leak from the shutoff valve. I called, and they tried to squeeze me in that same day. By the time Jason called later that afternoon, the leak had stopped, so we agreed that the work could wait until the next day. He showed up right on time and did the work in the usual practiced, and professional manner I have come to expect. 5 stars!
