I do NOT recommend Beverly Services because their technicians are NOT qualified.
On 9/16/2024: Beverly Services came to repair the furnace for my first floor tenant. The cost for this repair was $417.52. There was no clear explanation why the 4-year-old furnace was broken. Also, I thought the repair bill was high.

On 9/23/2024, Beverly Services had to come to repair for THE SECOND TIME within a week. This explains that the first technician on 9/16/2024 did NOT repair the furnace. Again, there was no clear explanation why the furnace was not working. The cost for this second repair was $319.

Beverly Services charged a total of $736.52. $736.52 is too expensive to repair the 4 year old furnace. This explains that Beverly Services do NOT have qualified technicians to repair the HVAC.

My tenants and I will NEVER use Beverly Services in the future.

About 10 years ago, my heating & cooling serviceman retired selling his business to Beverly Services. He was the best, but I have never been disappointed with BS. They have always been quick & competent in their heating @ cooling services every time I needed them and always take care of business no matter who they send out to my home. I will have them come out soon to check my furnace before the cold weather sets in. Highly recommend Beverly Services.

Beverly Services has been awesome. When we moved into our home 6 years ago we weren't sure who to use for maintenance of our AC and Furnace. After a quick google search found Beverly Services and they came very highly recommended. Everyone from the front desk/schedulers to the techs that came out to do the work were super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices were right on par with everyone else's. Highly recommend getting their maintenance program where you have two system checks a year, plus various other discounts for a low price--so worth it. We have used nearly every service that they have offered and have been extremely happy with the work that they have done for us. Sadly we are moving out of the area and just hope we can find Services like them were we are moving too. Highly Recommend Beverly Services for any of your Heating/Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical services!!

Our technician, Adam, was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough checkup on our furnace and tankless hot water heater. Adam was very respectful of our home and took extra care when walking on our white carpeting. We are confident that our home is warm and our water is hot because it received the proper attention from our very competent Beverly Service associate. This is the reason why we renew our annual maintenance agreement with Beverly Services.

Beverly's service is professional, personable, and on time. The reliability and honesty of the people who have come to our home to check our systems has been uniformly excellent. The staff that takes service requests have pleasant and professional voices with listening skills that are just as exemplary as the service technicians. We will continue our business relationship with Beverly Services.

Sewer system blockage by tree roots (extensively). Dan came out quickly and with the equipment needed to diagnose the problem. He showed us the blockage both in the pipes and after they dug the pipes out, the root ball causing the blockage in the old clay pipes. Because of extensive intrusion of the roots into the 75 year old sewer pipes, we needed all the pipes under the basement, the garage, and the driveway replaced. At the end of all 4 days that it took, Dan was careful to leave the sewer system temporarily functional so that the house was completely functional during this period. He was very meticulous and careful and we are completely pleased with the final result.

Great company to deal with. They are very respectfull, prompt and do what they say they are going to do. Been dealing with them for years and NEVER had a problem.

We recently converted from oil heat to natural gas and we chose Beverly Services to install the natural gas line from our home to the street.
Although there were a few glitches along the way (late delivery of the excavator and the initial use of some parts that did not meet gas company requirements), Justin came to our rescue. He worked very hard and ensured that everything met or exceeded not only our's and the gas companies expectations, but also his own very stringent standards. Justin is a perfectionist and it shows in his work, he did a beautiful job and we feel secure in the knowledge that everything was done to ensure that the new gas system is solid and safe.
They were neat (no clean up required after they left) and acted with courtesy and professionalism in all aspects of their work.

My water pump died when I got home and I called Beverly and they had someone come out named Brandon. I have to say this was the best experience I had with them. Brandon was informative on stuff I didn’t even know, he replaced the pump and told me how to maintain it and realized we need Puron in the furnace and replace what we had lost. This was all after 7 pm and he was professional the whole time and suggested ways to help us with future problems. I suggest anyone with furnace issue call them. I will continue to use them for their professionalism and informing us on ways to maintain our furnace. 5 stars all day.

I can't recommend Beverly Services more for your hvac needs in Pittsburgh. The staff there , from their schedulers to their technicians are all wonderful people! We recently had our furnace replaced at our home in Finleyville. The technicians arrived on time and put us at ease. They worked diligently removing the old unit and installing the new furnace. We've had a rough year with the tornado and flooding earlier this year and I can't express how greatful we are to have a company like Beverly Services in our community!

The HVAC Techs and Plumbers do great work. Once the work is done there are no longer problems and the are good to work with.

They were fabulous. Came to do furnace repair and I could not be there. They got in and did all the work and sent me a receipt and the tenant was amazed that the turn around time.

I had new panels installed, several outlets and lights added to my home. Prompt work completed on time, professional staff. I had four quotes done and they were by far the cheapest. Would definitely rehire.

Jim at Beverly is always so helpful and takes the time to explain the issues that we run into with our boiler. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering any and all questions that we have.

I had an amazing service done with Walt, Nick, and Johnny. They were so fast, and efficient getting us all set up and back to code on a newly purchased house. I will gladly recommend Beverly Services to anyone that is needing work done.

This is a fantastic company. The office staff schedules repairs promptly. All the technicians are qualified and polite. All the employees make you fell like a valued customer.

-As an edit. And being threatened with "slander" I may have gotten the technitions name wrong or he gave me yhe wrong name (SAM) .But the facts remain unargued as in their responce. A competing company did a shotty install. I called this company for a repair order. In addition the pictures are of the older furnace that has no crack in the heat exchange, and what their technician was there to evaluate . In addition being that Beverly states they make thourough notes. Is it stated anywhere that 1 . The furnace installed is oversized for the house , this defeats the purposeof "efficiency". 2 . There are no cracks in the old heat exchange and or condition if secondary.
My position stands.
-With the negative reviews I was skeptical. I called to get a price for repair but was told that wouldn't be an option. A competing company did a shotty install and caused damege.After speaking to Sam during a consultation I decided not to use this company. Sam would ask a question and not listen to the explanation without changing subject in addition was indecisive but stated it wasnt a good install but he did not see anything wrong with the install. Although the gas line is twisted and the expansion tank is improperly secured at minimum.

We were having our kitchen redine. Walt and Nick rewired kitchen for designated lines for all appliances. Add new outlets, under cabinet lighting, canned lighting and new light over sink. Great job!

My furnace died on the 14-feels like 7- New Years Day. Beverly was able to come out and fix it early the next morning when I called. They were on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. I am beyond grateful and will have them yearly for my HVAC servicing.

They came out, ‘fixed’ my ac unit which then caused the compressor to catch on fire about 30 minutes after the tech left. After calling them to come and look/fix it, they wanted another 200+ just to confirm the return appointment. Would not recommend.
