If there were a zero rating, I would give one. I have shopped at this store for many projects, and believe me, if all turns out good, there is nothing to complain about. Well something goes bad, HD does not take one bit of responsibility. We had our countertop installed by Sims-Lohman, contracted through HD last Friday. Every slab of granite was poorly handled - dropped, chipped and damaging our driveway, our foyer and our old kitchen sink that was removed for install was not put back as requested. The incompetent installers dented our old sink and took away the connecting pipes, When we filed a complaint with HD Bridgeville on Saturday, Bill and Amanda appeared to be sympathetic and we returned to the store again because Store manager Andy wanted to talk to us. He offered no apologies. He wrote down our requests for a working sink by Monday, and full replacement which is honored by the contracting company now(HD did NOT step in to resolve). No update from HD on Monday and he was rude and stated that he did not promise anything! Four days later, we are left with a non-workable kitchen with no water, leaky gas and stains.HD Corporate is a sham, they do nothing. There is no respect for customer's time or needs.
