We had water damage after heavy rain and Raccoon Remodeling did an excellent job fixing everything. They removed the damaged laminate flooring, treated the subfloor and stair landing with mold prevention primer, and made sure everything was properly dried and prepared before installing the new laminate flooring.
They also replaced the carpet on the stair landing and installed new baseboards, leaving everything clean and looking brand new. The quality of work was great, very detailed and professional. Communication was clear throughout the entire process.
