The repairman could not communicate with us,they charged 70$ to take a picture and the price was outrageous for an icemaker.

This place is a scam! It's most likely not even a real repair business, just a scam to get your credit card information. They call you from a very poor reception cell phone line, claim to be "local" yet seem clueless about the neighborhood street names, then ask you for your credit card number over the phone in order to book your appointment to receive a consultation and estimate. Big red flags. Furthermore, they won't disclose their last names or address. They claim to have a website for a business of a different name, The Appliance Repairman, which is down. They were the first company to provide a technician named Philip when our freezer and fridge broke down. Long story short, Philip the technician came, was very ignorant, belligerent, and condescending to myself (a woman) and the homeowner (also a woman). We called the office to report his behavior and they called him. Philip had a temper tantrum, refused to do the work and left our house.

If you're looking for timely yet incompetent service, this is the place for you.

I scheduled an appointment, I was told I would receive a call before 9 a.m. on the day of my appointment to give me a more specific time of their arrival. The day of my appointment I received a call at 9:20. Informing me that the repairman was not going to be able to come and do my repairs. I rescheduled for the following Saturday. I informed the repairman that I would be available from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. . That I had a birthday dinner to attend for my father-in-law. I waited until 3:30 , and had to leave. When I return home at approximately 7 p.m. there was a sticker on my door knob from the repairman. I guess to show that he had been there. I have not received a phone call from them to reschedule. Not that I would reschedule again with them.

I purchased an LG washer/dryer tower from Lowe’s 4 weeks ago. The dryer portion stopped producing heat. It took me 4 calls to LG before I was able to get a technician out. The original technician worked for a company in Brooklyn NY. The time slot was from 1pm to 6. Technician arrived at 830 pm without any notice that he was arriving late. He did some troubleshooting for about 30 minutes just to say he didn’t have parts on hand. I contacted LG again and they sent a request to Dosyak in Bristol. They notified me early the next day and followed up with a phone call. The technician named Oleh was a true professional… arrived on time, very courteous, easy to talk to and no nonsense . He fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and tech. Thank you!

This place is a waste of time, they caused us so many issues. They waste time, don't reply for days. We have tenants without a fridge for a week and they still looking for parts which are avail on Amazon with 2 day shipping. AVOID

Absolutely horrible!!! Had me wait all day from 8-3 and after 3pm told me they were coming the next day from 11-3. No way! I called numerous times and even text them to find out what was going on. Got a reply after 3pm. If this is who is coming to your house reschedule with another company asap.

Very happy with repair. Something was impeding drum movement. Andre came and repaired dryer quickly. I would have given 5 stars but first day no-show, based on date & time, Lowe’s warranty Customer Service gave, was incorrect. Then I needed to remind Dosyak that I was scheduled on day of service.

Very professional came in did the job not at my wash machine is fixed. I can do my laundry at home. I am so thankful and grateful.

came out as scheduled but found part sent by Allstate/Squaretrade appliance plan was not correct, said they would contact them and get the right part ordered, found out they did not contact them and it took over a week to get them to talk and order part. This happened last time on my washer a few months ago.

Unprofessional and untimely unable to fix my dryer.

This company was contracted by LG to do repair on my dryer. Roman came out not doing much but confirming an issue with the pump and had to order parts. Parts took weeks to arrive and Roman returned to install the replacement pump but it didn’t fix the issue. The work itself was also a bit on the sloppy side forgetting to put the cover back on the back of the unit, lost a screw, and didn’t put the drain line fully back in like it was prior to working. Those issues were minor and could be overlooked as I can easily address them myself but he is now refusing to complete the repair and expects to keep my money which is extremely inappropriate.

I informed LG that it’s still not working so they issued another work order to the same company/ guy. I was then contacted by him that not only will he be refusing the job he’s going to “report” my plumbing to LG like some kind of threat. Mind you I had a new drain line installed for this dryer 2 years ago when it was installed it’s been fine for years until the dryer started to fail. The washer also drains here with no issues, clogs etc. Roman also saw no need to point out or complain about the setup the first two times he was until after he was informed his repair did not work.

It seams Roman lacks the competency to determine what the actual problem might be so is now attempting to blame me the customer who paid hundreds to fix a drying we still can’t use.

We do not appreciate this disrespectful attitude and can not recommend anyone do business with this company. It seams they might be able to handle simple small jobs replacing a basic part here or there but anything more and they can’t troubleshoot the issue and even willing to lie and blame a customer.

Refrigerator repair was covered under a warranty I paid for at time of purchase ,Charles did a great job when given the proper parts

Technician was very courteous. I have a warrantee on the refrigerstor. Your notification system I really like. Keeping me informed of arrival.

Dosyak kept me notified of changes on appointment date and service window. Nick was very courteous, quick and efficient in completing our repair and answering our questions. He has our GE dishwasher running again . This was a GE warranty repair at no cost because we used Dosyak.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the problem with my washer and then repaired it accordingly.

This was a repair for an appliance under warranty so there was no cost. Oleh was very professional, did a wonderful job and was done in a timely manner. I appreciate having my refrigerator working again.
