Prompt, professional, affordable, efficient, clean, AND they're nice?! What else could you possibly ask for?!
We had a really large tree towering over our house that started to rot at the bottom, and we were afraid it would fall. Mike came out and gave us a price the day after we called. His brother and crew showed up the day they said they would, and the tree was gone, mess and crew packed up within 4 hours. Unbelievable. Just like their slogan, "Large enough to serve, small enough to care." -

UPDATE: Bradley wood called me first thing this morning and came with to pick up the wood and issue a refund check. While I wish they had dry wood to exchange, I really appreciated his honesty, apology and his quick resolution to the problem! I could not think of a better response from a small business. I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars as a result.
I ordered firewood and received prompt, friendly delivery. We tried to light a fire tonight and the wood is clearly not seasoned. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I cannot upload images, but if I could, I would document the water bubbling out of the ends of the wood and 6 fire starters later, all smoke and no fire. I called and left a message for Bradley wood this evening.
