    I would like to be clear and state that this review does not reflect Toys landscaping quality of work. This review is entirely based off of personal experience that I encountered during the planning phase of a complete overhaul of our exterior landscaping. Planning for this project began approximately in May and an initial 2-D and 3-D design was performed shortly thereafter by Cody. However, after multiple attempts trying to reach Cody by voicemail (couldn’t VM inbox was full) called office, text message, and email, I never received an estimate for the scope of work that Cody performed during the initial planning process. This outreach went well into August just to get a quote. At this point, I was forced to have to choose another company to perform the work. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed because the overview of the proposed landscaping that Cody provided was extremely well planned and laid out. However, this does not excuse the poor communication between a service based company and its customers. What baffles me even further is the fact that after reading multiple reviews on Google, it seems as if there are other customers who had work performed after my initial estimate, which leads me to believe I was either disregarded or worse, forgotten about. Either way, that is not acceptable and reflects poor business etiquette.

    TOY'S LANDSCAPING IS THE ABOSULTE BEST!!! We have only written 2 reviews ever...... AND HAD TO WRITE ONE FOR THIS SUPERB COMPANY! We had the BEST experience!!!! Wish we could give more than 5 stars. From our first phone call -- to final completion with Toy's Landscaping -- the experience was TOP NOTCH! We had a very large & extensive project consisting of renovating & newly building our entire outdoor space, (backyard areas, front of house, & side of house). Toy's started from scratch! Their process is impeccable! They came to our home - in person (yes! not every company we initially contacted did so), spent considerable time, answered every question, and then returned in person with a thorough proposal to review all design ideas, options, and so on. Simply put...we knew immediately... WE TRUSTED THEM. We trusted their process and knew we made a sound decision. They were truthful about expectations to begin our project -- as the focus is on quality with all customers, and doing it correctly. They actually arrived at our home 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING AT THIS COMPANY IS EXCEPTIONAL! Their focus is QUALITY! Our new paver patio, paver patio edge, rock, landscaping, lighting, pathway lighting, landscape edging, rock, landscaping, hardscaping and so on -- IT'S GORGEOUS! Additionally, the equipment arrival & removal, sod installation, plants and tree installation -- to cleaning up -- IT IS SUPERB! Our home was transformed top to bottom, and we've received numerous compliments every day - both during the project and afterward. This company does it RIGHT! We miss seeing them every day now that the project is over; the process was so incredible to watch from start to finish. It does not look like the same home! So many people came by each day and were complimentary and amazed at the work they did. With Toy's Landscaping company, it's not just about a job... it's about a relationship and building a dream for people to enjoy. They care. They care A LOT! They were there every step of the way - to answer questions, to explain, and to provide sound services. THEY KNOW LANDSCAPING. THEIR MOTTO IS PERFECT: "DESIGN, BUILD, MAINTAIN". We miss the entire team. Upon completion of the project, they return to explain every plant, care, answer questions, etc. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! TOY'S LANDSCAPING IS TRUSTWORTHY, SUPERIOR CRAFTSMEN, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENTIRE LANDSCAPING INDUSTRY! Wow are we glad we found them! A HUGE thank you to the ENTIRE TEAM! Your work ethic and work product are incredible. We are thoroughly enjoying our home thanks to you – Ryan, Scott, Jason, Greg, Isaac and Curt – thank you!     Couldn't have asked for a better job! Not only did Cody go above and beyond, he provided 3D photos of our landscaping design that was done with a drone, this was a great way to visualize and get exactly what we wanted! The entire job was done in a timely manner! Great customer service and very professional! Highly recommend!
