I would like to be clear and state that this review does not reflect Toys landscaping quality of work. This review is entirely based off of personal experience that I encountered during the planning phase of a complete overhaul of our exterior landscaping.

Planning for this project began approximately in May and an initial 2-D and 3-D design was performed shortly thereafter by Cody. However, after multiple attempts trying to reach Cody by voicemail (couldn’t VM inbox was full) called office, text message, and email, I never received an estimate for the scope of work that Cody performed during the initial planning process. This outreach went well into August just to get a quote. At this point, I was forced to have to choose another company to perform the work.

Needless to say, I’m very disappointed because the overview of the proposed landscaping that Cody provided was extremely well planned and laid out. However, this does not excuse the poor communication between a service based company and its customers. What baffles me even further is the fact that after reading multiple reviews on Google, it seems as if there are other customers who had work performed after my initial estimate, which leads me to believe I was either disregarded or worse, forgotten about. Either way, that is not acceptable and reflects poor business etiquette.

TOY'S LANDSCAPING IS THE ABOSULTE BEST!!! We have only written 2 reviews ever...... AND HAD TO WRITE ONE FOR THIS SUPERB COMPANY! We had the BEST experience!!!! Wish we could give more than 5 stars. From our first phone call -- to final completion with Toy's Landscaping -- the experience was TOP NOTCH! We had a very large & extensive project consisting of renovating & newly building our entire outdoor space, (backyard areas, front of house, & side of house). Toy's started from scratch! Their process is impeccable! They came to our home - in person (yes! not every company we initially contacted did so), spent considerable time, answered every question, and then returned in person with a thorough proposal to review all design ideas, options, and so on. Simply put...we knew immediately... WE TRUSTED THEM. We trusted their process and knew we made a sound decision. They were truthful about expectations to begin our project -- as the focus is on quality with all customers, and doing it correctly. They actually arrived at our home 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING AT THIS COMPANY IS EXCEPTIONAL! Their focus is QUALITY! Our new paver patio, paver patio edge, rock, landscaping, lighting, pathway lighting, landscape edging, rock, landscaping, hardscaping and so on -- IT'S GORGEOUS! Additionally, the equipment arrival & removal, sod installation, plants and tree installation -- to cleaning up -- IT IS SUPERB! Our home was transformed top to bottom, and we've received numerous compliments every day - both during the project and afterward. This company does it RIGHT! We miss seeing them every day now that the project is over; the process was so incredible to watch from start to finish. It does not look like the same home! So many people came by each day and were complimentary and amazed at the work they did. With Toy's Landscaping company, it's not just about a job... it's about a relationship and building a dream for people to enjoy. They care. They care A LOT! They were there every step of the way - to answer questions, to explain, and to provide sound services. THEY KNOW LANDSCAPING. THEIR MOTTO IS PERFECT: "DESIGN, BUILD, MAINTAIN". We miss the entire team. Upon completion of the project, they return to explain every plant, care, answer questions, etc. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! TOY'S LANDSCAPING IS TRUSTWORTHY, SUPERIOR CRAFTSMEN, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENTIRE LANDSCAPING INDUSTRY! Wow are we glad we found them! A HUGE thank you to the ENTIRE TEAM! Your work ethic and work product are incredible. We are thoroughly enjoying our home thanks to you – Ryan, Scott, Jason, Greg, Isaac and Curt – thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a better job! Not only did Cody go above and beyond, he provided 3D photos of our landscaping design that was done with a drone, this was a great way to visualize and get exactly what we wanted! The entire job was done in a timely manner! Great customer service and very professional! Highly recommend!

Had Toy’s Landscaping install a paver edging and new gravel aggregate for our weekend home driveway. They did a great job blending the old with the new natural stonework. Excellent result with a very short project timeline for a job as big as this one was.

Everybody here will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Not only does my landscaping and patio look like it did 10years ago when it was installed, my yard also looks better than ever.

The main work they performed was stone pavers, bordering around our flower beds and other landscaping features. They also updated our landscape plantings. The
result was very appealing and dressed up our landscaping while also reducing our yard work. Very happy about that!

What a great experience! It was such a pleasure working with Toy’s Landscaping. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. Ryan, especially, is just so passionate about landscaping and it is truly inspiring. Would recommend ANYONE to use their services!!

Our house's curb appeal was a mess. We called Toys Landscaping to have a sort of makeover done.

Ryan came out and took arial photos, measurements, etc. Within a week he showed us a 3D rendering of our property that was fully redesigned. He had designed something that had the simplicity we were looking for, but was able to make it look better than we could ever imagine. He walked us through some options for plants, trees, stone, etc. that they have on site. We were able to pick out exactly what we liked.

After everything was signed, etc., he was able to get us on the schedule sooner than we expected. The workers always showed up on time, were courteous, and professional. The project was finished on time (weather permitting) and was perfect. Even the tracks from the machinery were completely leveled, seeded, and had hay down.

All of the plants and trees have a warrenty on them. If the grass fails to grow in the spring, they will come out and take care of it for us. Ryan came out to look over everything. He provided us with care instructions for everything along with every material used for the project.

I would 100% recommend Toys Landscaping for any landscaping/hardscaping project.

Very professional crew and had a great experience with the team that did the actual landscaping. The process with the sales department was a little rocky at times and had some bumps along the way but that was our only issue. We would definitely use Toy's again in the future.

Toy’s landscaping has some beautiful plants in their nursery and they are very nice people to boot! Ryan Toy was terrific to work with, helping us with a large landscaping project around our pool. I’m really looking forward to seeing the plants thrive and bloom come spring.
I should add that they also helped us with pavers and hardscaping around our patio— they had originally laid the patio about 10-15 years ago and came back to re-lay the brick, power wash, and install a path to connect it to the new deck. The materials and workmanship were top notch.

We had the pleasure of working with Toys Landscaping for a pretty extensive project. We replaced a pool deck, front porch, walkway and patio. Not only was the work done meticulously, it was done during one of the rainiest springs in recent memory. Regardless of weather, they showed up everyday and great progress was seen at the end of the day. We could not be more impressed with the professionalism and skill that the entire crew displayed. It was quite evident that all crew members were masters of their craft. They came with all the equipment necessary to do the job and there were no delays due to supply chain issues. We have received many compliments on the completed project and have been happy to recommend them without any reservation.

We have had Toys do work at our house twice, landscaping and a beautiful patio. We are totally happy with the work they have done for us. They answered all questions, were patient with the changes we made and kept the area tidy. Highly recommend!!

Ryan and his team did an excellent job for us. It started with ideas and concepts and Ryan was able to transform them into a beautifully landscaped yard. They also installed colored brick & stone around a concrete pad, and made it an attractive patio. When a few of the bushes that were planted failed, they responded to my request to replace them quickly, and now there are beautiful flowering bushes. Toy's are tops as far as I am concerned!
