Ordered 2 yards of topsoil and large clumps of dirt in the middle of the pile and the topsoil itself had large clumps also. Had to hand pick out the large dirt clumps and hand sift through and break up the topsoil clumps.

They need to update their Google address. Google maps take you to a location in Carnegie.

Nice people, very happy with the price i paid for my material, its a long dirt road so drive slow to keep the dust down for you and others

Last year I had a ton of clay delivered to my house and this year two tons of crushed limestone with foundation blocks. Always delivered as promised, on time and at a fair price!

Convenient location to drop of landscaping refuse and pick up a yard of stone or mulch. If it's close to closing time on a Sunday, be sure to call ahead; especially when there's a Steeler game :)

Got 40 used brick the other day. They are always helpful when I'm doing my little projects around the house, even though they really focus on the pros.

I came here many times with a work crew. They have good supplies and take care of you in a timely fashion. Some people pull over on the long entrance drive and fish in the creek.

Beware DO NOT buy from FEDEROUGH Supply pursched 2 tons limestone to be delivered at 8 am. I received call at 10:30 saying it would be 12-1.Driver arrived a little after 1 backed into driveway fine .Husband told him was fine where it was and he could unload it there .Driver proceeded to pull up anyway to adjust truck driving into yard over 2 month old sidewalk cracking it ( my husband was standing in driveways behind truck and he heard crack despite being deaf in one ear and partially deaf in other).When husband told me what happened I went out waving arms and saying stop so I could talk to driver. He pulled out and left.I called Federouch immediately left phone number received call back from women who said driver said did not drive over sidewalk ( if deaf husband heard it I am sure driver did).Was asked to send pics which I did showing crack and truck track going over sidewalk.When I called woman to see if pics received Woman told me they did not care and would do nothing said RECIEPT said they assume no responsibility. I placed order Online and Auto RECIEPT I received does not say that.disclaimer . Driver did give husband yellow RECIEPT that does say that.This RECIEPT was given after damage was done a little to late after the fact. After being told by women that she was done talking to me and they did not care and would do nothing I was writing this review received email from Federouch saying per our conversation send additional pics and estimate for repair and they would submit to insurance company.Funny I missed that conversation,conversation I was in was do not care will do nothing.I will submit additional pics and estimate and if Federouch does right thing I will gladly give them props and update this review if they do nothing than this review will stand.

The top soil (9 tons) was full of gravel, sticks,and large lumps of hard dirt. Called them and they said it was sifted, There is no way that it was. Now we have to get more top soil from somewhere else and put a layer down so we can plant grass and flowers. Mark at Federouch was very non-professional. He said everyone gets the same thing and noone complains. I find that hard to believe. We will tell everyone about the bad quality and bad experience. Not happy at all!!!!

I, as a delivery driver for Federouch, cannot attest to others interactions with the general public. As for myself, I am courteous, polite, and always apologetic if later than scheduled delivery is achieved. Owners and secretaries can schedule, but cannot control traffic, construction, mechanical failure, driver or GPS errors, etc.
As for a discount on material, this is not pizza. This is a product with a previously established price and delivery charge.
Please feel free to request me as your delivery driver. The previous review will be deemed irrelevant.

Good products and prices but horrible customer service. I ordered topsoil weeks ago and had to call in multiple times to get an update and they just give me excuse after excuse. Plus, the lady that answers the phone is miserable, she's upset that she has to help customers with their orders. Could be a great company if it was managed better.

Picked up rock/gravel from here. There is a plethora of different materials in stock to choose from. Lady at the weigh station was super friendly and so was the loader. Loader had good operating skills loading my truck. You pay by weight, so I should not have gone the day after a storm. Everything was wet (paying for wet material). Oh well, I'll know the next time I come here. Can't comment on price because I didn't check out other places. However this is the closest one to me ~40min away.

I'm actually here now, waiting to get loaded. As landscaping supplies go, I love this place. They have everything down to a science. Yes, you might need to wait at the scale and wait to get loaded. But, it can get busy so should be expected.

Received same day delivery and on time. The driver, Brad, navigated the narrow alley behind my house with no problem and was spot-on with releasing the gravel and railroad ties where I wanted them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will do business again.

I made the mistake of not ordering enough gravel so I called to order some more. They had the extra gravel I needed to me within 40 minutes. The lady on the phone was very helpful with the reorder; plus, the prices are reasonable. I will definately be using them again in the future.

Ordered 4 cubic yards of top soil at approximately 11a - scheduled delivery from 12-2p same day, no delivery occurred during that time frame. Called at 2:15p, was told they decided to deliver from their location on Hope St. (they made no attempt to notify me regarding a later deliver) and a driver would arrive in 30 minutes (that would be 45 minutes, or more - depending upon how you view a 2 hour delivery window, later than agreed upon). Driver arrives, and yes I was less than pleased, and I asked him what happened to 12-2p? I received no apologies, he said 'we are working hard..do you want the top soil or not, if not I'll take it back' in a less than respectful tone. All interactions with the company had no one apologizing (unless prompted) or offering a discount due to late delivery. I will *never* do business with these amateurs again.

One of their drivers got on my bumper with a dumptruck & got on the airhorn. I let dispatch know he almost ended up as swiss 🧀

Have been disappointed in their customer service in the past. Three weeks ago I placed an order and was told they would call me on a Sunday morning to confirm a morning delivery that day. I received the call at 1:30 that afternoon. A week later, I called and ordered again and was told they would try to get my delivery to me that Sunday but if they could not that the following Friday would be okay. I get a call at 3:30 on Sunday.

Now, I confirm the order and the delivery is to come a week later and on Friday...that's okay, no worries as that was the second option since not delivering last Sunday. Driver shows up and was rude. My driveway is plenty wide but he was hugging the side of the driveway closest to my yard and at least 1/3 of the dump would have ended up in my yard. He had at least 42 inches to the other side. I asked him to reposition the dump and he had a smart comment with an attitude which is the second, as he had one when he initially arrived.

I called Federouch to tell them I sent the driver away. The Manager, (will not share his name) said I still owe a delivery fee...the was his only reaction and reply to my complaint. Of course, I explained that I will not be paying that delivery fee. I will be using Venetia Supply here on out and they are so much more professional and have better customer service.
