Excellent service. Professional workmanship and clean up in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Randy for any service large or small.

I was most impressed too how he removed overhang from over my home, without damaging anything. An the clean up was excellent. Its like the tree was never there.

Randy had a complicated tree mostly dead between powerlines... but he got it done very quickly cleaned all the debris worked late on this tree... hes very skilled and knows how to approach even complicated trees like I had ... very quick on the clean up and stump removal highly recommend Kern's tree inc... they are professionals for sure

I Contacted Randy about removing some trees that were in a tricky spot and he made it look so easy. Professional, knowledgeable, quick and very skilled guys. I will use them again when I need some tree experts.

I'm not a person that writes reviews, this may only be the second in my life. But, the only reason I called Kerns Tree and no one else was because of all the great reviews. Back in April I called for an estimate to have two trees taken out and three new planted. After missing the first appt he gave me for estimate he did show the next day. On May 3rd Randy got in touch with me and we agree on price and tell him to get us on schedule. May 18th I sent text just to check if he had time frame on when he would be doing job. He messages back says that weekend or early the next week. After that week went by I messaged on June 1st again to check on when he thought he would be coming. He did message back that day said he felt bad for keeping us waiting was going to take 10% off for keeping our faith in him. and said he would be there Saturday June 5th. He said we had his word 100% and I thought that was great. So Saturday I take morning off work, remove section of fence so they can get into back yard to be ready for them around 8:30. At 10 I still haven't heard from them and call and leave message and send text that I was going to go ahead and go to work but wife would be there all day. Randy never showed, never called even after saying we had his word 100% he would. I've still haven't heard back after calling and texting just to see what happened and why he didn't show for the job. Even if he gave me a lower estimate than he should have and wasn't going to make a profit I still could have at least got a call.

Very professional, punctual. Quotes are very reasonable. The crew was super nice. Everything we asked for was exactly what they did and then some. Area extremely clean after job was finished. Great turn around time from the time of the quote to the removal of the tree. Definitely would have them do other jobs in the future.

Placed myself in a predicament with a tree cut and leaning towards my house. I called Kerns with an emergency request. Randy answered the call, recognized my distress and was on-site very quickly. He and Virginia assessed the situation and expertly (and safely) fell the tree, saving the house. Very impressed and much obliged.

Randy and his team did a great job of removing a dead sand cherry and pruning an ornamental pear on my property. They cleaned up the area so well you can’t even tell a tree was there. I highly recommend Kerns Tree Inc. to anyone in the Canonsburg area!
