Randy and his team did a wonderful job! I had a few tasks that needed completed. They removed a smaller dying tree, trimmed an existing tree and removed a large dying tree (ground down the stump as well), right near and above my garage. They did an excellent job and completed everything in a few hours. The price was extremely reasonable as well! I would suggest Kerns Tree Service for any trimming or removal needs you may have. I will definitely call him again for any future work I might need done.

Called on a weekend and they came out for a quote on a Sunday. Two trees and stump removed from within a week. Cleanest tree service I’ve ever worked with. Very reasonable price.

From the moment I called Randy to the very end of the job performed, everything was exceptional. Randy came within 10 minutes of the call to give my mom an estimate on removing dangerous tree limbs hanging near her road. He also shared a quote for removing the tree. Both were very reasonable. My mom decided to have the tree down. Randy’s guys came out within about a week and were all very professional and very kind to my mom. They did a phenomenal job and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them for any of your tree needs.

Needing to remove two 90ft Pines and a split Maple growing out of a bank with difficult accessibility and potential for damaging my home before replacing the roof, Randy came highly recommended. Even with the high recommendation, I was greatly impressed with his experience, ability, and professionalism. The clean up job was impeccable, leaving my yard in better condition than when they started. He and his courteous crew worked tirelessly, completing the job quickly, and all for a very reasonable rate.

Randy came to our house to provide a quote and during that conversation you could tell he was honest and knowledgeable and he also provided feedback on options throughout.

The quote was very reasonable and we made the decision to have the work performed. Randy was out to do the actual work within the week and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and diligent and made sure everything was cleaned up. During the work process Randy was open to discussing options and included me in the process to ensure we were on the same page.

Kerns tree service is the only way to go!!! Called Sunday afternoon, Randy showed up for estimate and took the tree down same day that was right next to my house and my fence being at the base of the tree and didn’t drop a piece on either Very professional, price he gave was very fair really untouchable!! His skills and knowledge from start to finish was amazing to watch!

We had gotten several quotes from other tree removal companies to remove several large trees sitting precariously on the hillside behind our garage. Kerns Tree Inc. was the lowest bid for the job. Randy was courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Kerns Tree Inc.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Ken’s Tree Service. When scheduling an estimate, we specifically asked what time they would be able to arrive because we had plans later that day. We were given a time window of 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and arranged our day around that commitment.

When no one arrived, I called approximately 1½ hours after the scheduled window had passed. I was given an apology and told someone would be there within an hour. I emphasized that we had already been waiting since 11:30 a.m.

Unfortunately, no one ever showed up, and we never received a follow-up call, text, or explanation. I understand that delays can happen, but failing to communicate and then not showing up at all is unprofessional and disrespectful of a customer’s time. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service.

Terrible. Didn't finish the job completely, left stump remaining: I called him to come back out and fix, and never returned my call!

Called for a quote..day later guy walked onto property didn't say a word ..handed me a quote and left ...I guess at least he showed up

Crew did a great job. Removed 3 old pines and completely cleaned the site.

They blocked our street so that people could not get past their trucks. They completely ignored my car while I sat their trying to go around them. I could not and had to turn around. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Ken was amazing and his team was very professional, efficient and responsive. Ken went above and beyond to make it work for me!

They agreed to come to our house when we were home and do the work we wanted. They lied about that and came when we weren't home and cut our tree back further than we wanted them to.
