We requested a quote for Ken's Tree Service to cut down a tree and remove everything except the stump. It wasn't clear from the quote we received if this is what they were going to do, so we called the company to confirm. They said they wouldn't be able to haul it away, but they would cut the tree into firewood size pieces instead so we could move them ourselves. Ken cut down the tree and used a chainsaw to cut it into pieces and we paid him the amount we agreed upon. When we went outside to look at the tree, we found that the pieces he cut weighed about 75-100 pounds each. We called him every couple weeks for the next three months for him to come finish the job and each time he said he would be out soon. We finally got to the point where we gave up. If you want someone that is cheap, use Ken's Tree Service, but don't expect them to honor their quote.

Had them remove a tree and the stump and then thin out a Oak. They arrived with out notifying us. We got home as they were finishing up. They did not remove all of the dead branches from Oak Tree. Then they did not level the yard where they did stump removal plus did not remove all of the stump. When confronted about this he advised they would come back and finish the job. They have not come back or answer my calls . Very unreliable would never consideri using them again

Called for a Quote, they were there in 2-3 days, gave a very reasonable quote (significantly lower than a competitor). I called them a few weeks later to confirm their quote on a Friday, they showed up Monday morning and 45 minutes later, the tree was gone, and they cleaned up the branches too. Very happy with their service and will use them for the other trees that need to go on my property.

My husband called for a quote & recieved quote next day. Then called back to book his service, within 3 hours Ken and his crew were at our house cutting down our tree! Cleaned up all branches and debris. Very impressed with his service! We will be recommending him and will be using his service again this spring. Thank you so much, very satisfied customer here!!

Ken is one of the most professional contractors I have ever hired. He has done multiple jobs for me and I could not be happier with work. Fair pricing, accurate time frame for doing the work, on time, hard working, honest...I do not know what else you could want!

The few negative reviews here are not even close to my experience. Most likely they are misunderstandings or just people who will complain about the littlest things.

Very impressed by the work performed by Ken and his crew. They were very professional and had the right equipment complete the job efficiently. We had them remove 3 large trees which were in difficult locations and had to be carefully pieced down. They did a great job, would recommend to anyone I know.

Ken came out the same day I called to write up an estimate for removing a tree that had split in half due to storm damage. He was able to remove the tree and stump the very next day. Highly recommend Ken and his team for their responsiveness, quality work, and competitive prices!

Ken's team did a fantastic job! They gave me a good fair quote and did exactly what they said they'd do. They took down three trees and cleaned up the mess in just about an hour! We are very satisfied! We will definitely use them again!

Ken and his crew removed 3 large pines from my back yard that had already damaged my roof earlier in the year. When I called to set up the initial estimate, I left a voicemail because I was unable to reach someone, and never received a call back. A few days later Ken did show up, unannounced, to my home and left the estimate in my mailbox. I called him 15 minutes later and was met with no answer. I called once more the next day with no answer, and followed up with an email to no avail. I gave one more try at a phone call and did reach Ken after leaving another voicemail, and he assured he he would be out “later in the week” to remove the trees but would call me prior to let me know the date and time. I was shocked to receive a notification from my security cameras several days later to see Ken and his crew at my home, with no one home, removing the trees after never confirming a date and time as previously stated, or receiving my signed service contract. When I returned home from work that evening I discovered saw dust covering my yard, deck, and sidewalks (literal piles), and large patches of my grass down to the dirt from equipment tires as well as damage to the bushes and trees lining behind where the trees came down. Ken called me the same evening the project was completed wanting to “pick up a check” at 7 o’clock at night for a job I didn’t even know would be completed that day, and then several days went by without the check even being cashed. I am still awaiting the funds to leave my checking. I was not very impressed by this experience and I will not use this company in the future. Last year I used Fairfield to remove two other pines and when they left there was zero evidence they had even been there- my grass wasn’t damaged, there wasn’t a single piece of sawdust, and I received an invoice/copy of my receipt. I wanted to save some money and Ken’s quote was significantly lower than other companies, but now I wish I had just paid the extra money to have the job done to my expectations and not have my yard torn up. This wasn’t a great experience

We just had two large wool area rugs cleaned by Enviroclean. Results are amazing! Both rugs are fringed and came back sparkling. Highly recommend having rugs taken to their plant for deep cleaning versus in home surface cleaning! Very pleased with results! Thank you!

I had my Honda detailed after using it for construction work, and it was in really rough shape. The trunk was full of wood shavings and dust, and the seats were heavily dirty. Sky Clean Service did an amazing job — they cleaned out all the debris, used a hot water extractor on the seats, and brought the entire interior back to almost like-new condition. The girls did an amazing job cleaning my house before we moved in. They cleaned all the baseboards, windows inside and outside, blinds, light fixtures, and made the showers look brand new with no buildup at all. Everything looks super clean and fresh.
