I have used Jim / Falling Timber before and have always been pleased with their work. A few weeks also they removed a tree and a large bush for me. The results were excellent -
The quote was reasonable / They arrived exactly on-time
The removal of the tree / grinding of the stump / re-landscaping / & cleaning up - was perfect!
They even took away some other debris / and Jim helped me with a trimmer issue I had
I would give them 6 stars!

I've used this company several times over the years. The owner is honest with his assessment of what does and doesn't need done and prices it fairly. The job is always done well (including clean up)!

After waiting over two years for them to come out to remove a tree, and plenty of promises and reminder calls, they are yet to show up to do the work. The guy who came out to give the estimate was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable, but what good is that if they never show up to do the work. Don't waste your time with this company; call a professional service.

Did great on a removal. Personable, knowledgeable and happy to answer my general tree-replacement questions. Price was better than the quote I got from a national chain. Bonus: I got to play fetch with their dog while they were raking up debris!

Jim was professional, timely, and extremely knowledgable. After only a few minutes of talking, it was clear that he knew what he was doing and gained our trust pretty quickly. The entire process from hiring to finish took less than a week. We couldn't be happier with the job! Highly recommend.

Jim and his crew did a great job removing some troubled trees and stumps in my yard. He is honest, reliable, and professional. A thorough job from start to finish and also fairly priced. 10/10 would rehire!

Jim, Tessie, and crew did an amazing job taking down a huge pine tree in our front yard. Dependable, fast, and everything was cleaned up so well.

Falling timbers is professional, dependable, and reliable. They came out to give an estimate and did exactly what we discussed. Jim explained the pros and cons of removal versus trimming for our red bed in the backyard and why trimming would do what we needed for that tree. For the two trees in our front yard, when was dead, and had to be removed, the other could not be trimmed, and therefore needed to either stay as is or be removed. We decided to have it removed along with the other tree in our front yard. They worked quickly inefficiently and cleaned up afterward I would highly recommend them to anyone who has questions about whether trees need to be removed and to anyone who is interested in having trees removed. Thank you very much. Your service is excellent.

Highly reccomend Jim and his company - definitely a 5 star service. Starting with showing up precisely on time for the estimate to finishing the job with excellent quality as agreed upon. Honest, reliable, true to his word, and competitive with pricing. He removed 2 trees with one in a non favorable location, grinded the stumps, and cleaned up perfectly. Observing his excellent professional job, my neighbor immidiatley wanted to also hire him. Jim deserves a standing ovation. I will continue to pass high reccomendations without any hesitations. Been working with these guys for years. They are well organized, very reliable, and never disappoint.

This Company is decent

They did a cleaning on our Pop-Up at Station Square, booked by the management company. They got it cleaned but ruined our fryer grease as they contaminated it with their chemicals, and left chemical/spray residue all over our cooking equipment (grill, stove top, fryer, and prep table). They are messy and leave you with a lot of clean-up. Not reccomended.

We couldn’t have more wonderful things to say about our experience with Mold Medics. From start to finish they were efficient, reliable, and great to work with. The people in the office are kind and quick to answer. Brian was great with the testing and getting back to us quickly. Jordan did an awesome job cleaning up our mold and was great to work with. He took his time and really made sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely use them again for our next property. Don’t hesitate to call Mold Medics, they really do care about their customers and employees.

The guys at Mold Medics were great from beginning to end. Milo, who came out initially for the consultation, was thorough, informative, and made me feel at ease about the project. On the day of service, Bryan showed up as expected and got right to work. To my surprise upon my return, he noticed a few other small spots around the house that could use a clean and took care of them! Everyone we came into contact with at Mold Medics was courteous and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future needs!

Scott and Ramon cleaned our duct work about a month ago. They both were extremely kind and professional. They were punctual and efficient. They made recommendations on our furnace filter. At one point, I wondered if my cat snuck outside when I couldn't find her. Scott helped me look and found her under my bed. I appreciated his concern for both of my cats. They went above and beyond, and i felt like I could feel the difference in my home when the work was done. I will definitely use them again.

On January 10, 2024, Justin and Ed from Mold Medics assisted with our basement mold remediation project. They kept us informed throughout the day, providing progress updates and photos via text. Importantly, they checked in with us before making unexpected adjustments in cutting drywall. They efficiently completed the job in one day, leaving the basement spotless with no visible mold. Thaddeus, who assessed the project initially, was friendly and responsive to all our questions. We were left with two HEPA filters that we ran for several days to continue to purify the air. Highly recommend Mold Medics for their expertise and excellent service!

On January 12, 2014, John from Mold Medics cleaned the air vents throughout our home. His enthusiasm for the job was evident in his strong work ethic. Working cleanly for several hours, he documented the process with before and after photos, leaving the house without a trace of mess. The air quality noticeably improved upon completion. If you haven't had your vents cleaned before, I highly recommend using this company!

John did the cleaning of our air ducts and did a wonderful job explaining the process to me, being professional while on site, and doing an excellent job! I am very happy with the service. Heather too did a great job prior to the service helping me understand what would happen, and what was included with the price.
